My techno l8plus charger got burnt and since then any other charger i use charges very slow,sometimes doesnt charge and even discharges so a friend of mine asked me to drain all the battery before charging it. The problem there is that after draining all the battery its stil not charging and the phone is refusing to on,am confused and don't know what to do
