If you got the mail from cdfib support, try to confirm that your profile have been updated on their website by trying to log in, if you get the "your status have been updated" response then it's fine but if you are able to log in, then update your profile again (my friend had to update his again).

Also, from the mail sent to you, you will find a link where you are suppose to update your profile too, click on that link, you will be taken to a page where you are to request that cdfipb send you a mail, as soon as you get the mail which you will receive as soon as you request for it, open the newly sent message and click on update profile, you will be taken to a page where you have to update or change your mail while you will also be required to input your last name and first name. I guess it is applicable to all who received the mail and I hope you all get this message before 11:59pm today.

that friend who I told about the mail sent just drew my attention to this second procedure..... it doesn't hurt to assist one another after all. peace #newbie.

Good day house, I just spoke with the Immigration help desk & I was told by the official that the latest update contains only 3 documents
(She also confirmed from her partner) under ground. I later asked if I should hold on.She said no,cI should submit because before now those documents were required but it's now 3(CV, WAEC & DEGREE CERTIFICATE).
Also, CONCERNING THE 'NIN'
USE THE ONE ON THE TEMPORARY SLIP NOT THE DOCUMENT NUMBER ON THE PLASTIC NATIONAL ID CARD.

The Document Number is the number of the Card not NIN.

Well, i don't know if it's possible. Tactfully ask around to avoid been cheated. I'm only telling you my experience with a staff in commission here in the FCT and you can take that to the bank anytime.

Note
Deal with those who have connections to their ICT base in the FCT. You'll get it faster and its usually legit but If someone tells you that it can be done in his/her office right there, right now, then run as fast as you can away from that person.

Have been having issues uploading my birth certificate and professional cert. See the screenshot. Though have uploaded 5 out of 7 documents already.

Hi Applicants,

It has been a long time since Federal Government Recruitment Portal will be going successfully from start to finish though many applicants are not aware yet of the ongoing recruitment.

The last time immigration service did recruitment was three years ago (June - July 2017) which i did for applicants too then and luckily, few were choosen without knowing anybody.

Here it is again, same procedure and format;

Make sure all your information and the documents you upload are correct and well dated. After you are done, printout your acknowledgement slip and also save it in pdf format and let it be on your email as draft in case you lose your printout.

1. For the institution, what should we put beneath it? I only have my statement of result and even if i have my certificate, OAU still doesn't have certificate number on their issued certificates...

2. For the SSCE, what should be put beneath it, owning to the fact that i made use of NECO. Should it be registration number ir certificate serial number?

3. For the NYSC number and year, I'm totally lost here. For the number, are we to input the "A 00... " number or the "OY/IFE/2018/...." type of number? for the year also, what are we to put down?

I need answers ooh, pls guys..
