Compare that with your Nollywood that have camps for movies that the stars are well taken care of.

And how long do you think a movie production last in Nollywood?
do you know some productions can't afford to hire cameras for months for a proper shoot?

It's irrelevant weather they are ready to put in the work, according to them they are already working hard in Nollywood (that's if you listen to their interviews).

This is the very reason why I support the move for social media to be regulated. By regulated I mean let's know who and who is posting what and what so who and who, can be held accountable for whatever they post.
