cold: -'There is no god' -prove to me god doesn't exist -how can you prove kushites mentioned in the bible were black? -prove to me they weren't black -explain the difference between my analogy and the illusion of freewill. -prove to me freewill is an illusion Typical evasive tactic. I know the drill. You cannot ask the accused to prove he did not steal from you. The onus is on you to prove beyond reasonable doubt that something was stolen from you. If you brought this kind of argument to court, the judge would jettison your case in the blink of an eye. The truth is, even if there is, do you want to know Him? |

frank317: That's why I am trying to let you know that this just ur mind. How does it sound justifiable that poor innocent children don't receive from this God that answers ur prayers. Some are born in pains... Have u even thought it through? Why are you being selfish about it? Yet there many people who don't care about ur God but are doing well. You even don't seem to undersand the concept of this your God. I understand Him well in regards to prayer broda. God gave this earth over to man. And as a result cannot intrude unless there is a man to pray or prophesy His power to be allowed in the earth. The world is fallen and as a result a lot of mistakes have been permitted in the earth. E.g wrong child birth. The only way out of all this mess is faith and prayer to bring God on the scene. While some children die others are saved. Why is this? Google Cokeville miracle. Also as for sinners doing well it has been spoken about in scriptures. The devil only focuses his attacks on those that are walking in the true way. He does that to frustrate the person and bring the person back into his kingdom. The devil doesn't bother with those in his kingdom, he deceives them with peace so as to blind them from the need of God. |

And oh by the way,i noticed how you disingenuously dodged my question on the difference between my analogy of the master/servant relationship and the illusion of freewill. I don't need to use the ible to prove the existence of God. I will rather use nature. BTW, You first have to prove that freewill is an illusion. |

Rather than address the issues you dance round in circles. You say Moses married a "BLACK" woman but provide no evidence You claim Cushites were black again NO EVIDENCE. When asked for proof you say prove it is not so and then try and widen the matter to irrelevancies.
For evidence you provide a link showing ETYMOLOGY dating 1820 for an event that supposedly happened thousands of years earlier.
For your information the Bible talks of EGYPTIANS are we to assume that those are the same as the ARABS who we know as Egyptians today? How the can you presume to tell us who was Black or Not Black 3000 years ago without evidence? Enough! I have already flawed your argument. omonnakoda: Firstly I do not accept that any of the stories in your bible are proven.I have only indulged you on the basis of benefit of doubt. I.e "Let us accept they are true" Basis. Even then the bible does not say Cushites are Black so your argument that Moses was reproved for marrying a black woman is unproven and rubbish quite frankly
There is NO MENTION of BLACK PERSONS in the Bible so all that rubbish about Nimrod and Zipporah is balderdash. You are empty and raucous with nothing of substance but wind and fury Dude, why your hatred for the bible na? There are still more names for me to give you o if you want. omonnakoda: Try and use your head,
Alittle.
Read what you posted. Term was coined in 1820 and yet you refer to Moses marriage about 3000 years earlier. You need to realize that the bible you read is a translation .It was not written in English so you need to know what was used in the Hebrew version from which the Bible is translatd.Secondly stop posting those pictures they are meaningly and do not butress your argument about Moses marrying a "CUSHITE" .THe reality is there is little evidence to substantiate that there ever was any group of people called Cushite . I knew you would say that. The word Cushite was not even the original Hebrew. Kushi: descendant of Cush Original Word: כּוּשִׁי Part of Speech: Adjective Transliteration: Kushi Phonetic Spelling: (koo-shee') Short Definition: Cushite Cushite is the English transliteration of the word used. So can you prove to us Cushites were white people? We are waiting o. |

omonnakoda: Firstly you have provided no evidence she was black. You have provided no evidence Moses WAS NOT black Second if she was black you provided no evidence that they spoke BECAUSE she was black in other words would they have been happy with any other non black woman. Was their objection that she was black or simply that she was foreign. What is the meaning of the photos you posted are those Cushites?? What evidence do you have that Cushites were black?? Dude you got no argument. Etymology[edit] Cush + -ite, coined in the 1820s. In the early 19th century, the term referred to the tan to dark-skinned Horn of Africans (synonymous with Herodotus' Ethiopians) in general. The technical linguistic sense is due to Friedrich Müller (1876). https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Cushite

omonnakoda: In other words you are out of your depth and understanding.
If a religion promises eternal bliss or damnation then it must be scrutinized and questioned very thoroughly. The truth is I have spent decades studying the bible and it is a creation of man. I can debate any so called man of God on this.I accept that people are entitled to faith etc but the Bible's contents often are factually incorrect. There were other contemporaneous writings from the time the bible was written so some "facts" can be cross checked. BY THE TIME ALL THE DISCIPLES OF JESUS DIED AND FOR MORE THAN 200 YEARS AFTER THERE WAS NO NEW TESTAMENT. This is a fact. Later some Europeans decided to edit some epistles and called them New TESTAMENT. They were what is now the Catholic Church. Knowing what we know of the Catholic Church today I see no reason to trust them unquestioningly You have been seriously brainwashed. BTW there are former pastors that know the scriptures in and out who later converted into Islam. So it's not new. You can sit down and read the bible from beginning to end and it will not even do you any good. So what makes the difference? Ones own encounter with God. If one was just brought up in a christian home but never really encountered God for Himself/Herself, the possibility that person will later fall away is very high. You need to encounter God for the scriptures to actually makes sense to you. But until then, it's just a waste of time. 2 Tim " Opponents must be gently instructed, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth," 2 Tim ".. always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth." Isn't the scriptures amazing. How it could answer peoples doubts. |

Please answer the questions and stop your evasive tactics
All the evidence is that the Canon was settled more than 250 years after any of the authors had died Mr Man. The truth is you have no argument here. You are asking questions that needs not be asked. I don't have time to start going into Jewish and church history. Google Halakha. It was used to ask questions and get teachings from those in authority. The quotes I gave you above are scriptures. But some more examples from the Apostles to the churches: 1 Tim " Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared, who forbid marriage..." To show the Lord gave them commands on what to write to the churches: 1 Cor 7 "Now concerning the matters about which you wrote...... concerning the betrothed, I have no command from the Lord, but I give my judgment as one who by the Lord's mercy is trustworthy." Also: "1The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, 2who testifies to everything he saw—that is, the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. 3Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it.." "11which said: “Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.” |

Or you can continue working for me for the rest of your life. The choice is yours'. Here in you've been given two choices without actually having to choices. How is this any different with your god surreptitiously offering us the choice to worship him or forever burn in hell. A classic case of damned if you do,damned if you don't. Debunked by who? Lol!
