Nigerians are you not tired?
Actually the truth is most dont care because as far as they are concerned it doesn't hit "close to home".
One person is murdered in U.S and almost the whole country shuts down such that the governors and mayors had to take proactive steps.
Here the reason why police or soldiers harass protesters is because its only about 50 to hundred people who go out. The rest are at home watching TV and checking their status.
If hundreds of thousands of people can unite in masses won't this cause a change? But it can't happen na because of divisions here and there.
I saw this silly attitude with Surulere residents during the time trucks blocked the road and how they were suffering. But they could have longed resolved it if all of them came out to block those roads and cause no movement.
But when I didnt see it, I gave up on many things in this country. |

slowpoison1: I have a conspiracy theory. I think this whole explosion was used to raise funds for Lebanon. Before now their economy was already in shambles with unemployment at its highest rate, protests and stuff.i think members of their cabinet orchestra this whole thing to raise funds to revive their economy. The infrastructure damage and lives lost would be seen as an okay sacrifice for what they stand to gain from aids all over the world. Many countries and individuals are already donating and before you know they will be back to old glory. Smh. That's their port. Their major source of wealth for the country that was destroyed. They lost far more than they can get. |

1TRUEEGOD: NOW WE'LL SEE WHO IS MAKING BASELESS CLAIMS AND ACCUSATIONS.
1918 SPANISH FLU, THAT INFECTED 500 MILLION PEOPLE (1/3rd OF EARTH'S POPULATION THEN ) AND KILLED 50 MILLION PEOPLE WORLDWIDE.
WHO SAVED THE DAY/ HUMAN RACE BY CREATING A VACCINE. BE HONEST¿¿¿¿
YOUR GOD(IMAGINARY) OR SCIENTISTS (HUMAN) ¿¿¿¿
BE TOTALLY HONEST , AND NO STORIES!!!
Rephrase your question. Humans didn't save the day. Vaccines were not created at that time for the flu. That came decades later. The flu died a "natural death". Who saved the day when the plagues broke out on the Egyptians? That should answer your question. |

If you had knowledge on philosophy tho, you wouldn't have mentioned it as a sub-strata to back up your discourse. Philosophy seeks answers as well and changes principles overtime based on observations. This also shows you are not sure and still seeking answers. |

WAKE UP BLACKMAN, FREE YOUR MIND FROM SHACKLES OF FICTIONARY IDEAS OF RELIGION. You have gone off tangent. Twelfthman: Yep. That is how Nigerians do. There had been sharp increase in food price lately and people aren't talking about it. . . We just adjust and continues suffering. You see we are our own problem. Its a spiritual problem. There is a spiritual entity over the minds of most Nigerians that makes them blind, docile and weak without power to cause a change in their environment. Nigerians cause their own problems, but they push the blame on something else. And then their minds are sold out to and distracted by mediocre issues like BBN and social media frivolities. The youths then get old with a crumbling economy far worse than what their forefathers left. And just like they now blame the elders in power or their parents, their children will also blame them in their own time to come. Only those who have eyes to see have gotten themselves free from that entity. |
