When trying to understand or disprove scientific theories, try to stick with materials that have been published in scientific journals and are have been subjected peer reviews and analysis. The article you posted is a creationist attempt to argue at a level above his pay grade with a view to validated his limited understanding of the Bible and his myopic beliefs that the Bible stated that the earth is only about 6,000 years old.

I am also a creationist and many scientific that came up with these theories, analysis, etc are Christians. I am yet to see anywhere in the Bible that categorically stated that, the earth is just 6,000 years old, if you have such a verse, please send it my way.

There are many things in the Bible that we will never understanding, a thousand years with God is like a day. When the Bible said He created the earth in seven days, we do not know if that was a 24 hours day or seven thousand years or seven million years. One day of God's creation might even be a long period of un-quantifiable space of time and don't confuse this with when God separated the Day from the Night later in the creation analysis, this was a different measurement of time and no where in the Bible was it indicated that the measurement of time signified by the separation of the light from the night was the same unit used to judge the seven days of God's creative activities.

Ask yourself....If the Sun that separated the night from the day and is widely used unit of day's measurement was created on the 4th day of God's creation; what unit of measurement was used to determine day 1, day 2 and day 3 that dated the 4th day of creation? God is all knowing and we are finite and can't understand him, we run into many problem when we try to use our finite minds to reach some conclusions that were never reached in the Bible.

Just relax, follow a lot of research about radiometric dating and following the fascinating science of it all and the various methods being used t ensure that results are reliable....radiometric dating results do not contradict anything in the Bible, even when they estimate billions of years.

BTW, I also beleive the world could be billions or millions of years I don't really care about that. My issue is with what people easily believe and are taught.

You should watch the documentary called "Expelled" and hear scientists actually talk and go against each other.

People have been led to believe the scientific community agree on all these subjects, but its all a lie. There is a lot of false propaganda to promote a certain idea.

BTW, there are papers to show that radiometric dating is not accurate. As there is no accurate dating method. The conclusion is usually a guesstimate. I first saw this in a documentary I watched recently. But here are sample papers.

Carbon-14 have a half life of 5,730 years and only used to try to date items suspected to be less than 50,000 years old.

For dating of millions of years, uranium-238 and 235 or potassium-40 are used and these have a half life of more than a million years.

Please do a little more research.

There is no accurate dating method.

Carbon dating has been found to be false and inconsistent.

A penguin in our present time was recently carbon dated and it dated back to millions of years.

Also a fossil was found and different parts of its bones were carbon dated, all parts of the body of this same creature came back with different dates by a wide margin.

There are many other things also that even show the lies of evolution being taught in schools.

The images for the different species of sapiens were mostly drawn off the top of ones head just by looking at a tooth or a small part of a skull.
