Your story is quite new, never heard he was "begged" to come and lead PDP. If you say he is not a pushover then he would have remained in PDP and not run to APC. Anyway, right now Wike is more less the major benefactor of PDP so if he doesn't want to be challenged (according to your theory) I can't blame him.
