Thank you for your question. It is 100% commission based because you are working remotely. We do not have any other method to check your productivity other than your results. We pay you per number of customers you can successfully attend to. And no, you are not looking for the customers for us, we have them already. Just make your calls and earn.

I see lots of negative comments already. Like really? Have we become so drenched in negativity that we don't think anything good can come out from our system again?
