They are expected to provide work sheets for students to calculate on but as usual some centers don't give it. So before they say no writing material, they should make sure all the centers are given proper orientations on why they MUST give out work sheets.

Let them also invest heavily in technology/ ICT. This is one way to really empower the youths in Nigeria. Build ICT centers with good internet and constant power supply. Make Wi-Fi available in all Federal universities. This present world has gone beyond just egg production.
