I don't think he owns all those accounts. check when they were created, some are as far back as 2012/13. That's d easiest way to spot scammers spamming with different accounts.

Why are people booking space without saying nothing. Pls take the case to police station. Hmmmm I'm sure they will ask too many questions which from the look of things you don't have answers to. In serious countries the little info you have is enough for them to start their investigations.
