A special bond one cannot see

Its fingers spread like fine spun gold
Gently nestling us to the fold
Like silken thread it holds us fast
Bonds like this are meant to last.

The stars sparkled brightly
but not one star matched your eyes

We stared upon eachother
Love vibes sending out sweet messages through our eyes.
This was long ago
When the world was beautiful
When the ocean was always blue
When our footprints still lingered in the sand.
Now there are other footprints
But ours are gone
