The truth is you can start the PR process if you positive answer to the questions I asked. You need not wait till after studies before applying for the PR you seek. The Spouse visa is a very long route that is tiring and too stressful according to what I have read.

For now, get enough evidences that can proof the relationship between the two of you. You will need them in your application. If you have the resources, let her get her own student visa to join you.

I just started following this thread again yesterday. Even though I have done my WES and IELTS since last year, I decided to wait for the EE instead of FSWP. I just created my EE profile yesterday and I started swimming in the pool few minutes afterwards. I have been encouraged by all the contributors to this thread and I also want to render the little help I can. I have a very good IELTS material (which I used myself). Its The Official Cambridge Guide to IELTS Student's Book with Answers. All the audios for the listening tests and 17 sample videos from live speaking tests are included. Since both FSWP and EE are entirely different, I think it is better all the information relating to each are placed in their respective threads.

well I used diploma in science lab tech, waec, Ielts, and other academics docs but u will need to use pfl as their agent . I opted for tafesa( aged care+nursing) already lodged visa application.

I just received an alert that my card has been debited for the FSW application. But I have this concern, the passport my spouse used for the application have been replaced because the old one fell into water(it was primarily replaced because the picture on it was smeared ). Do I need to take any action now? Please, your advice would be highly appreciated.

Please I need your expert advise. I want to appply under the express entry with my wife. She did the IELTS English test with an average score of 6.50 and minimum of 5 in listening. I, as the principal applicant, got an average of 7.5 with minium of 6.50 in writing.

Question 1 - Can i go ahead with the application?
Question 2 - Does my wife need to rewrite the exam bearing in mind that she is not the principal applicant?

Kindly assist with guidance.
