Not true in all cases my dear, I think it has to do with the body type and of course how well you take care of it. If you see me now you won't believe I have two kids, you'll think I'm still a teenager. How much do I have? I'm not even smallish, I've got height and I'm chubby. So it all boils down to discipline, eating right and working out to keep that body in shape. Go to the villages, you'll see Grandma's with the perfect bodies, and you'll wonder. They don't eat all the trash we eat in the name of food.
