The registration isn’t going through… it keeps saying error

TLS IKEJA have the laziest employees. Went there and saw the new box of passports that they got today. These people refused to scan it as received. So it was still showing on their system that the passport has not returned. But it was right there looking at us.
A lot of people that got "application moved to vac" this morning were there but they just kept saying your passport has not arrived. Oya abeg scan the new passports that just came, they no gree

Please assuming I am sending paid mail to ukvi today and I was told that decision have not been made and I decided to send another one on Friday, will I make another payment or I will send a mail directly to the response from ukvi from the first paid mail. Thanks.
