Pls house who can explain to me about the new law in uk embassy about 3,000$. The amount is all about what. I need someone to explain to me because it will effect from NOV, 2013. Have not be hearing debate about it(3,000$).

Hi Doctor, Am confused I saw my period March 19th because I've 26days cycle, I expected another on 14th of April,I have malaria which made me suspect pregnancy.
