The only thing that can make me change my mind is when a lady can be divided into two. Ibadan is 75% of oyo state in term of population. Nevertheless performance of d gov is visible in all local govts and communities. Health, education, transportation, youth employments, security etc although Ibadan is experiencing massive infrastructural development bc its d capital and need special attention(once dirtiest city in d world).
