FBNH will definitely pay dividend. They are a holding company and for the past 2yrs have not been paying dividends from their other subsidiaries. Their merchant bank, first registrars, insurance arm etc are very profitable and will continue to contribute to dividends.

This is very correct, if FBNH can't pay dividend then no other Bank will pay.

Hmmmm! 1st things 1st, what did you keep in that car that made it "vandal savvy"?

Don't put bags, purse, envelopes, wallets, keys, documents, electronic and ICT gadgets, ID cards, cash, ATM cards, credit cards, valuable in your car exposed where people can see it. Hide these items. I personally will take everything off my car away with me when I want to leave my car. If your cargo area is exposed, invest in a toneau cover or cargo cover. Also park your car in well light up area, near working CCTV camera, or near a security outfit and familiarize yourself with the security officers there by chatting with them and offering them some gifts (cash or kind).

Invest in a car cover when you park at evening and don't wish to use the car for that evening again, install the cover on the car.
Lexus Don't install motion, vibration or shock detection alarm systems in their cars.
You can invest in a shock sensor. But make sure it doesn't interfere with the systems in the vehicle for your RX350 is highly computerized

Check the pressure of each tyre and ensure they match the manufacturers cold tyre pressure indicated on the sticker by the drivers door B pillar. If they match, park your car, Press and hold the button for some seconds till the tyre pressure indicator blinks 3 times, and then drive above 30Km/hr for some kilometers. If the tyre pressure indicator still shows, check the sonar in the tyre.

Please, My lexus RX350, 2008 model has an indicator light for tire presure constantly on, I have even change two tires and gauge all the tires but the light is still on, I have also notice that it consume more fuel than before. kindly assist.

Also, I always notice heavy jam at the back as if heavy metal fall on another metal each time I try to climb hill or bumb.

@jimmrozz:sounds like some of your car's metallic accessories(jack,wheel spanner,turning rod etc) are close together.You might have to separate them and observe the outcome before acting again.Talking from my personal experience.

my accessories are well fitted and seperated, d noise is much heavier than d accessories

Take out your spare tyre, check the rear differential, shaft bushings etc and when you're done checking these parts, refit your spare tyre SECURELY.

lomomike: No, your mileage won't revert to zero, however, your 'trip A' and 'trip B' counter will revert to zero.

Bros, I hv tried it several times but the maintenance prompt is still coming on, I hv travelled long dist, d light is now on permanent, pls assist tgether,.
I change oil last week, should I change again, hope d light will not affect d car engine, am in village, still need to travel back to Lag plssssss

lomomike: It indicates your oil is soon due for change.

Change the oil and follow this procedure:

1.Turn ignition to 'LOCK'
2. Then turn the Ignition to 'ON' simultaneously while you are pressing the ODO/TRIP button for 5 seconds. If the Odometer resets to '0000', it is successful, if not, remove the key and repeat procedure again.

THANKS, I WILL REVERT. BUT does that mean, the mileage will start from zero again.
