The mail that sent the training invitation is NYIF general mail, not the instructor. And they hardly respond.

There was a time it was 2 plus and they asked me to repeat and they collected the urine themselves the 2nd time using a catheter. And they didn't see any protein with that sample. Was about 8 weeks then. This why I didn't take this thing serious since then. I will watch my diet especially as I am very overweight now. Thanks a lot for your help.

It could be you're not collecting the sample properly. They usually advice you collect the middle urine , meaning after washing up properly, urinate a little collect the middle urine just before you finish.

Had the same issue too till I learnt how to properly collect the urine.

Drinking lots of water also helps.

BIRTH STORY

We really wanted to have an April baby cause my first was born in Hubby's birth month and we wanted one in my birth month . So when they gave me 29th as edd I was praying not to exceed that day, didn't even know I will exceed it cause for my first, I had the same 29th as Edd but gave birth before then.

The pregnancy was quite different from my first, I missed my period but urine test was negative for some days unlike my first when it tested positive 5days before I missed my period. Didn't experience any Ms, was very strong and doing my daily work like someone who wasn't pregnant.

My Doctors were willing to allow me try for a VBAC provided I don't pass my edd. At my 33rd week I fell ill. It was so bad that I thought I wouldn't survive it but God intervened and I was up on my feet again. As my edd drew closer I kept looking out for any sign of labour but all I got was nothing. My bump was quite small and I felt Doctors were not taken me serious, maybe they thought I still had time. They will only tell me your baby has positioned well and is not big so we will allow you try on your own.

In my 39th week I went for a scan out of curiosity I wanted to know what was going on inside. Scan said baby looks good but was measuring about 35weeks and weigh 2.48kg giving me 30th of May as Edd. They were even questioning if I truly remember my LMP. I left there laughing no be only 30th

40th week came and passed no labour either so I was booked for Elective Cs. Went for admission a day before the procedure, was doing the necessary paper work when I felt wet down below went to check and saw I was expelling mucus plug. Contraction started almost immediately but wasn't regular. I couldn't sleep throughout the night cause the contraction kept coming, I was just timing it to see if it will become more regular and stronger, I didn't even tell the nurse on duty. By 4am she saw me still awake and asked what was wrong, I then told her I was contracting, she asked how strong and if she should call a Doctor for me, I told her not yet but she still called anyway. The Doctor came and asked me to tell her when next the contraction hits me so she can feel it , there and there contractions stopped, she waited for about 30mins still nothing. Others on admission were already being prepared so I just joined them to prepare.

I was taken in first, was given spinal anaesthesia and almost immediately my lovely, beautiful Princess was brought out. Birth weight was 2.6kg. I was stitched and wheeled to the ward. Was discharged after 5days cause all of a sudden I started having high Bp.

Almost had a wound break down too cause of stress after delivery but God has being faithful. My wound is healing well.

Sorry for submitting my Bs late, I'm just beginning to get myself.

I checked in at d hospital around 7pm nd was transfer to d maternity ward immediately
V.E was done around 7:30 I was 5cm dilated... I was admitted immediately
D contractions are getting more hot and intense

We deep sense of gratititude we come before you Lord to thank you for the many blessing you've bestowed us with.

You kept us through the several weeks of pregnancy and granted us safe delivery. It wasn't by our strength neither was it by our wisdom. It has been You all the way and we've come to say thank you for what you've done for us.

Thank you the addition of precious children to our homes may they bring us nothing but joy and happiness. The resources needed to make them comfortable and grow excellently well we ask that you provide. This responsibility you've put in our hands grant us the grace to train them in the right way. Make our kids role models for other to emulate. No negative report shall be heard about our children.

We commit our teamie @kittana who wasn't able to complete her journey and other mamas whose journey was also cut short, we pray that such shall never be experienced by any of them again. You will give them double for their troubles. Even for our Atc mamas we ask that you bless their womb and grant each and everyone of them the desires of their heart. Amen

Checking through the monikers of mamas that are yet to give their BA, I noticed some have not been online for some time now, so it possible they have given birth but yet to come online to announce it especially those whose edd was early in the month

This is what I said the other day and it went straight from my lips to God's ears... that May has started.

Please join me in thanksgiving for God's mighty blessings. DS arrived 29th April at 36 weeks, 6 days and 22 hours (Two hours to being a full term baby). Weight 3.3kg, VD no tear.

Mummy, Baby, Daddy fine and resting in God's hands. Still in hospital since baby is being handled as preterm. BS loading soon.

May God bless us all and grant our heart desires.
