Its well teamie, read here that garden egg leaves helps in building in up. You can try that too. Also take lots of vegetables(ugu) and liver too.

Cappo, I'm doing great o, been having issues with bloated tummy when I eat or drink water, so I've been told to eat in small portions.

Will be 30weeks by Friday...kicks are so obvious and frequent now. May we all carry to term. Having pcv issue too but I hope for a boost before delivery
