If you are submitting your through paper route....the my advise for you is to fill the family form on a computer then print it out....bcus If you wnt to do it at the application center you will be charged.....i was charged around 4k.....

I was also ask to Updated schedule A, complete history and address sections the age of 18 years; do not leave gaps in months or years.
I want to know if all this are compulsory or I should just send in my passport?
