If the president resigns, the Vice automatically becomes the President but that is where it ends. The Vice President is at liberty to choose a vice president. It must not be the Senate President or Speaker.
The Senate President or Speaker only comes in when both the President and Vice resigns or when both resigns, and there is no Senate President then the Speaker takes over.

My advice is this.

1. Quit that job. I repeat quit that job.

2. Go use your car for the uber service. But before that ensure your car meets their standards and u yourself meets all the criteria.

Thirdly, if u are very good at driving, then dont give out your car to someone else to drive for u especially now that u are just starting out.
