Romance / Re: Falling In Love With A Married Man by jjuummaaii(f): 7:17pm On May 21, 2010
take heart dearie, it happens! I know of a friend who went out with a married guy for over a year and did not know. he was busy proposing marriage and they were making concrete plans on settling down and to think that he was married in the same town with her but he had a spare house which he always took her to so there was no way she could suspect, when she started seeing signs he'l deny anytime she confrontshim with the question ARE YOU Married? it was as if the guy used something to blind her eyes cos it took the grace of God and serious prayers for God to break her free from the shackles of this guy. he was always disturbing her that he wans to meet he parents so they can finalise wih marriage plans and all that. At last sha she broke up with the guy when it became clear he was a mared man.

To all those critising you dont mind them its simply cos they are not in your shoes so its always easy to judge

Family / Re: How Do You Deal With An Overstaying Mother In Law by jjuummaaii(f): 11:05pm On Feb 02, 2010
My MIL came to stay with us when I was 6mnths preg 4 our first baby and did not leave until she was 4mnths i.e she stayed 4 7mnths. In as much i'll always appreciate all her efforts and asistance through-out that period i must a say it wasnt easy at all for me and my hubby. as at the time our baby was 4mths she wasnt still ready to leave so my hubby had to tell her we were travellin 4 the xmas before she packed her bags, men it was such a great relief.

is this the time for kevin to confess whether what he felt for Elizabeth was true or not, thats the worst of all his strategy, he will only give his haters a justification for calling him Fake, my confidence level for his winning is dropping drastcaly
TV/Movies / Re: Big Brother Africa 4 (The Official Thread) by jjuummaaii(f): 10:59pm On Nov 11, 2009
its obvious NKenna cannot fit into any movie role in nollywood if she cant simply be in character for the revolution blues drama.
TV/Movies / Re: Big Brother Africa 4 (The Official Thread) by jjuummaaii(f): 1:42pm On Oct 21, 2009
I dont kno why Nigerians are hell bent on keepin Kelvin, the guy has actually started annoying me more than Nkenna, imagine tellin BB to allow him stay in the house 4ever, that his family$frends would be so glad not to have him back in nigera. his constant stalking of Eliza is worst than Nkenna's bushness at least rest of Africa hardly notices Nkenna its mostly us Naija that keeps complainin, others actually think shes being real.

Right now i think my money is on Geraldine, I've lost hope in Kevin, excepts he wakes up sha
TV/Movies / Re: Big Brother Africa 4 (The Official Thread) by jjuummaaii(f): 11:32pm On Oct 13, 2009
I just realised Nkenna is like MIMI, we all wanted her out and it took ages to come up cos she had a way of making the housemates no to put her up. Nkenna is certainly a MIMI comeback BB ITK

Health / Re: I Need To Get Pregnant But I Havent Seen My Period In Three Months by jjuummaaii(f): 7:09pm On Apr 17, 2009
sometimes in 2005 i did not see my period from April - Aug, I even thot i was pregnant until I went for a scan that showed nothing was there. It finally came and was really haevy for about two wks that i had to take drugs to stop the flow. the irregular flow contined at some other time and then stabilized till i got prenant dec last year, so sometimes this things might just be misterios but God is always there to turn around things especialy when u put ur sole trust in him.
Praise the Lord!!!!!
TV/Movies / Re: The Next Movie Star Reality Show by jjuummaaii(f): 10:03pm On Apr 14, 2009
FERRARRI:

I have read with interest most of the posts on this show and sincerely, i think u guys are just biased or something else. I was at the audition of the show and though i wasnt picked, i believe they were really honest in their selections, not man know man. Secondly, the show has been very fantastic since the beginning discovering Tonto Dike & Annie Macualey in the first edition, 2nd edition discovered Porttia Yamahan who was nominated for AMMA 2008 Awards and Barbara and Moyo Lawal. 3rd edition discovered Uti and Lydia who was also nominated for AMMA Awards 2009. So how can u guys say that the show is baseless and u dont know what the past housemates are doing. As a matter of fact, there is no other reality show in Nigeria who has achieved more with their housemates as this show. Dont forget also that the Chairman of The African Union attended the final party of the 2007 edition and endorsed the show. Next is the fact that the show is the only original Nigerian show that has gone African with 5 African Countries in the 2008 edition. Finally, i need to remind you that the cleavage issues u are talking about are mostly demonstrated by the foriegn housemates whose moral & cultural values are lower than that of Nigerians.

It is very important that we caution ourselves while critisizing creative idea, what have we created in our life that has been successful that gives us the rights to rubbish other people's life works. We need to be cultured enough to look deeep into issues. While we are saying our own rubbish, people are watching, sponsors are happy and the show is not broadcast on family belt of 7 -10pm. If NBC has issues with the show in terms of over exposure, they will ban it, yet all the major stations in Nigeria are showing including Sharia States and some of us sit down on computers lambasting young Nigerians that are really trying hard to make a difference. Look Deep.

Finally, in terms of selection of winners, the producers have asked anybody that have issues to go to MTN, Zain, GLO & Starcomms to confirm the votes. Always look on the brighter side of things, some young people participates and showcase their talents, they become groomed, win brand new car, a flat, cash prizes and movie contracts and u think the show is rubbish. HABA. Are u aware that the housemates of the just concluded 2008 edition u are talking about are now the stars of Dormitory 8 Comedy Drama Series running on 18 TV Stations, three of them are now the faces and presenters of Excite ON TV. Yet u cant find anything good. Check yourselfs and ask God for forgiveness.

Cheers to all.

nice one bro/sis, it was good u shut them all up. they can only criticise but cant do as much talkless of better

Have u guys seen www.utifans.com, saw there that Uti was promised SUV car worth 100k dollars by a philanthropist who feels he was'nt meant to be booted out that early and a modelling contrat worth 1million dollars. dont know how far thats true sha but if it is good for our Nija boy o, at least he no loose toomuch
TV/Movies / Re: Big Brother Africa III (3): Official Thread by jjuummaaii(f): 7:23pm On Oct 05, 2008
UTI is the winner cos the rest of africa wanted him in, rest of Africa votes are always unbiased and not based on sentiments of your countries rep's safety n stuff, so for that I belive UTI is loved all over Africa and will surely do better than the rest, he is a winner anytime anyday
TV/Movies / Re: Big Brother Africa III (3): Official Thread by jjuummaaii(f): 8:19pm On Oct 04, 2008
if Uti survives this wk then he'l be there till the end, might not win the money though but sure he'l survive any other normination because the viewers will have nothing to evict him for again. if he goes tomoro, he is going because of the tantrum he threw on sunday because thats what hisĀ  haters are seriosly holding against him. i'm seriously worried and it will be a miracle if he survives. BBA3 is the driest so far all of them are bunch of actors xcept UTI, they've all watched too many BB's and so they are just acting out scripts they've prepared for themselves, UTIĀ  is the only one that's doing things like he is in his fathers house which is real reality but who knows that might just be his undoing, he is probably being himself too much and has therefore robbed off wrongly on the viewes. HE is still our hero sha. fingers crossed
TV/Movies / Re: Big Brother Africa III (3): Official Thread by jjuummaaii(f): 11:02pm On Oct 01, 2008
i really want UTI to stay but the truth is the guy has no game plan at all, how can u see ur enemy pointing a gun at u then u decide to give him/her tea to drink, if he really wants to win the money he wont be given those stupid reasons he gives for nomination, MIMI has a game plan she is playing her cards well and thats why her head has never been on the platter, Uti is just mouth without strategy, if he did not waste his vote for TK and gave them to MIMI now th whole of Africa would have been screaming for her head. Anyway na our homeboy and so no divided votes MUNYA OUT.
i want to watch the duo of Ricco and UTI return from the glass house on sunday, they will sure look like HEROS

thank u LC for sharing my ideas, i c no reason why anyone shld be struggling for Tawana to come back, Latoya will be the only one to bring the dynamics that will keep us talking and even Biggy knows that, the house has kinda stoodstill ever since she left. I jst hope Africa see this and bring her back. I'm yearning for drama thats what i signed in for abeg.
I wanna c the shock on Ricco, Lucille, Mimi, and Morris faces, i tell u it will be a sight to behold.

@ LC
let me task u with what u think the dynamics would be if Latoya comes back between Ricco,Lucile,Morris, Munya and Mimi

has edge of Paradise ended?

I thought a new series was meant to have started by now.
I really miss it, i guess thats the best soap that has happened to Nigeria. I wish the producers would have it on DVD cos i'll be the first to get my copy. I was really addicted to it when it was aired on DSTV i never missed any episode except the first few when i did not know its value.
