Your high speed train is an interstate train that connects Pretoria and joburg same happen here for Kaduna and Abuja..

You can visit resort,hotels,lakes for leisure..you are so spilt with choice..

- Pretoria also has good roads....and considering SAs road quality is one of the best in Africa it probably has better roads than Abuja

- I found only website ranking hospitals and both Netcare Group(3rd) and Life healthcare Hospital group(4th) have several hospitals in Pretoria

However normal Buses don't make traveling more efficient, all it does is clogs up the roads with buses and takes you longer to get to a place than with a car........No wonder people in Abuja prefer personal transport

so is universities a criteria for ranking a city. Even if it is so.. Don't u get it.... The ranking if a university is based on its performance. We all know that George is rated higher than Pretoria but does it have better universities?

YES education is one of the criteria when ranking a city!

And George has a university/ies - NMU George, University of South Africa - George, South Cape College, ETA college ect ect

transportation flexibility is a major factor of a developed city but having a brt system is not a must. There are developed countries that don't have brt in all their cities. Does it make Pretoria better than them? Hell no.
Abuja has smooth roads, people that live there are mostly rich people who prefer their personal vehicles. There are also taxis. There ain't a transport problem here hence no dire need for a brt. Got it?

Uhm no I don't "got it" since Pretoria also has smooth roads(if not better) and people can also use there own vehicles and taxis....The brt system is there to help congestion and give people a cheaper faster travel option...........Something Abuja doesn't have!

Also Pretoria is is richer than Abuja so I don't get the "mostly rich people" excuse!!
