You got it wrong.

Covid can cause brain death. When the brain dies, in normal cases if nature is allowed to take its course, other body organs syop functioning hours later coz of lack of hormones from the brain. So within hours, a brain dead can become clinically dead.

When a person is clinically dead, it means all body processes for BREATHING have been terminated. No heartbeat, no blood flow, no lung contraction.

However, a person's BREATHING AND BLOOD FLOW can be maintained even after being brain dead beyond hope with the help of life support aka ventilator FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS. Reasons could range from organ donation to the family not ready to say goodbye yet.
The person is surely dead. Take off the ventilator and the heart stops beating, the lungs collapse, blood flow stops. Hell even with the ventilator the person CANNOT keep his body warm coz of lack of brain function so the room temp is kept high and the person is kept under thick blankets.

Put all these factors together. I hope you can conclude on a clearer picture and learned something new

Nothing is wrong with the action if she got it from a public domain, it is called file pictures and we have all seen pictures used to illustrate when the original picture is not available or identify is to be hidden.
She can only be wrong if she went to upload it from the woman's page. If the picture is on Google, then a lot of persons must have used it too.

If you post about money making, you can upload money on Google to use as an illustration.

She stole the woman's photo, coz Instagram content does not popup on Google's search result.

She was eagerly expecting her child, went searching for cute images on Instagram (Nigerian female celebrities are attention seeking Instagram addicted users), prolly followed the woman, saved the pic too. Her baby maybe didn't turn out as she'd perfectly like with her mountainous expectations (forgetting the grass isn't greener on the other side), she uploaded and captioned it with public adoration as intent.

But her egungun no look road well before e cross.
