Mama the rule is to sleep on both sides. My doc told me to stop sleeping on my back from the sixth month. I'm not up to six months but I stopped mine since because u always feel breathless whenever I do.

On the issue of side sleeping, the left side is better because your blood circulates better that way. More nutrients and oxygen will get to your baby that way. However, since it's not possible to sleep on just one side, the right side is also healthy.

There are new studies on Google that recommends sleeping on both left and right sides. The main thing is that you should sleep on your SIDE. Don't sleep on your back. You can even sleep on your tummy if you have that doughnut pillow. Your tummy should fall directly into the doughnut circle. Please alternate between left and right side. There's no harm in it. I use both. However, you can use the left more.

Good morning mamas, how are you all doing. Concerning this issue of sleeping only on the left side, I always wake up with pains on my left side whenever I sleep only on my left side. What should I do since they said sleeping on the right side is not good too. I just tire for all these pregnancy do and don’t. Am not even a first timer. 26 weeks now.

Good evening mamas, please help a confused me. I went for ante natal today. They wrote Fansidar for me to get at the hospital pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy, got the drugs, on getting home I realized the drug given to me is Swidar and no dosage on how to take it. The drugs is 3 in one pack. Is it safe to take the drug and how many should I take. Am 22 weeks gone

I took my 6weeks old and she was given PCV,OPV, Rotavirus and Penta yesterday. But she began running high temperatures by evening.
Please is this high temperatures normal?
I have been administering Paracetamol since then. What are your experienced suggestions? Help

Same thing happened to my baby at her 6 weeks immunization on 29th Dec. just keep administering paracetamol. the temperature will cool down. She will be fine

I have been feeding on hot foods such as amala dudu, ogi(pap), tea.
Then my mum mob my breast with hot water morning and night.

Also if possible reduce your water Intake, instead drink pap as water. Make sure anything u are eating or swallowing, pap should be ur water.

My breast milk is now gushing out. As I am typing I am wearing breast pad because my cloth and bed is soaked already.
My prayer now is he should suck the breast ooo.. Amen
