our culture encourages taking care of not just your parents but your other family members too. of course you can't do beyond your abilities and it's good to have your priorities in order i.e your nuclear family first.
mindsets like this is the reason the fabric of their society is tearing apart, it's why people live isolated, lonely lives.

have you sort it out. you should be asked to upload passport after filling waec and jamb scores, if it does not go back to start and refill again.
to show you have completed you will see a page displaying all the details you inputted with your passport.
