Christianity EtcRe: What Does God Do For A Living? by Jochebed7(f): 9:11pm On Aug 19, 2013
ur questions are valid and many times we dont like to admit we may not have all the answers. Like yourself, i have a lot of questions. At first they were mostly casual but then early this year i experienced a major tragedy that shook my world and all of a sudden the questions became personal and more urgent. I got angry, raved, rebelled, am still angry but even it somehow my faith keeps me. I may not be able to explain all d darkness and pain but i know in it God's light shines on us if we open ourselves to it. I knw a whole lot of grief is of human origin but that does not explain it all, lyk i said still searcing for answers.

Christianity EtcRe: Your Thoughts On Mountain Of Fire And Miracles Church by Jochebed7(f): 2:32pm On Aug 16, 2013
I'm not a member of mfm but an attendee. I also used to criticize their die by fire and head shaking, body shaking style; still not a very big fan of the later. However the truth is that there are results, testimonies in my life and those of loved ones. Also, its one place i can go without feeling doubtful on their power source 'is it God or evil powers?' there are some situations that will respond only to the die by fire method. A lot of us are under oppression without realising it. May God grant us understanding.

TV/MoviesRe: Which Of These Indian Movies Made You Cry In The 1980s? by Jochebed7(f): 4:01pm On Apr 29, 2013
mother india is my all time fav. Used to wrap bedsheets round my body to make saris nd wished for the longest time for my hair to grow waist lenght. Then there was this movie where d bad guys killed the protagonists gurl nd later the protagonist himself. The man's dog took vengeance, killing all d bad guys one after the other. In the last scene, the dog goes to his master's grave crying. Very touching.

it seems u already have the police job but not the first bank job. i will say a bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush. secondly u can always further ur education to phd level if u so desire while in the police force nd get ur desired pay. so i'll say if u are thinking long term go for the police job. well except u have smtin against 'force' jobs.
