While Ozil is talented and a creative genius but Odegaard is everything we've expected from Ozil. He doesn't get lost in big games(compared to Ozil) and when games are strong and physical, Odegaard doesn't shy/drift away from games(esp hot games). Sometimes, Ozil can be frustrating too.

Odegaard have really been great for us and I'm really happy he turned out for us the way I expected of him during his loan (and eventual signing)

Lol, we've always been the soft boys for so long and we've hardly been pragmatic when the game demands it and we were criticized mostly for it by most pundits and ex players. We've come to realize that it's not every game that needs you to play beautiful football and ystdy was one of such games.


Now we've matured. It'll be foolish of us to play an open game to one of our bitter rivals when 2/3rd of our midfielders are absent and even the notable deputy(Merino) and probable deputy (Zinny) where also absent. Away from home for that Matter.

If you want beautiful football, come after the next int'l break (after Man City game) and you'll watch all the beautiful football that you crave to see(when we play their Leicester and Southampton et al).

For now, it's 3pts that matters. And for you to call our goal 'lucky' means you're not still familiar with our game from set pieces.
