BlueRayDick: I don't even get what they are on and about. They prefer to dwell on whataboutism and believe transfer rumours and gossips ahead of the player's own account of the event.
The way Nigerians take stubborn when they set their mind on believing a misinformation ehn. It is well.
I no even get energy to dey convince anybody; I'm just glad we heard the other side of the story and not what they've been parroting around online Likeeee... The clip touched some of the questions I really needed answers on 1. Chelsea offering very low wage 2. Suddenly, Conte never wanted him even though I know Conte will do with a player like Osimhen 3. Why will he reject Saudi deal? 4. Was he really undesirable or Napoli made him so. Thank goodness for this part of the story. No need convincing anybody, at least this story justified most of what we were thinking |

This is the same way oshoala tweet and delete immediately and she too speak with Osimhen 😆
Guy I rather believe oyibo journalist that has been dropping all transfer in the whole world than believe Naija journalist.
Just look at what those arise people stated, you will clearly see too many caps, omo
So Osimhen offered 5million from his proposed salary to Napoli, what later happened?
Did napoli reject or demanded more? 😆😆😆 Omo Naija lies no get sauce at all Didn't you hear how Napoli still scuttled the deal? Abi will Osimhen be the first player to complete his transfer fees from his own pocket? |

Gucciboy: You make it like osimhen can't survive with £155k per week yet Tony was collecting £40k at Brentford?
Wasn't Chelsea cutting down on their wage bill?
How much is Cole Palmer collecting per week?
Didn't Lukaku reduce his wages to join Napoli? Is Toney and Osimhen the same level? Haa!! If you watch that link, you'll find out that the 130k is not really 130k. And moreover, like I always said, if you know you want to cut wage bill(which I'm not against), why go for Osimhen? Does it make sense? Chelsea clearly wanted to exploit the situation to give Osimhen paltry net wage and you want him to accept. Just try watch the link biko (if you haven't) |

May we never experience again the year of the locusts when dem Mustafi, Sokratis, Guendouzi, etc use our eyes see shege Having most players in PFA and 2nd most players in Balon dor is a very admirable feat. When it's one or two players nominated, it might be individual quality of the player shining through, but when it more than 3 on both situations, that tells you more on how far a team have come. David Raya is the highest rated goalkeeper in the Premier League so far this season (7.61).
According to whoscored.
Hopefully he wins Arsenal player of the month. (Between him and Saka tho).
Only Haaland will stopp him from not winning Player of the month.

Jamiuokolaa: I am not disputing the fact that there are tactical gaps that need to be closed by the manager. However, we still cannot dispute the fact that a midfield controller needs to be press-resistant..
We keep on talking about Mainoo's age while we deliberately ignore the fact that he is a senior player with the 3 Lions already. I am not sure he would be in the team if he was synonymous with getting dispossessed every now and then thereby gifting the opposition with Goal scoring opportunities. He cannot be praised for being more mature than his age, then when he makes mistakes that should be pointed out and corrected to further aid and fastrack his development, we remember he is only 19 years old.
Like I said earlier, his decision making in scenarios like that would determine wether he would be compared to the likes of Xavi, Scholes etc or wether na them Blessing Kaku or Christian Obodo calibre 5 years for now.... That's the issue and it's because of the system. Imagine Mainoo being pressed like 10 times in a match, it's either he always passes back or he looks to beat press(which he's expected to do). How many times will he do that without being caught out once or twice? Even the England setup sef doesn't alienate players like this (as scrap as Southgate was). Mainoo na better player but make this system no go turn am to Blessing Kaku oo. |

eph12: I will even say he is at fault, but that system is criminal and will always have punishable errors. Most teams are aware of this already. ETH has continued to play with a big hole in his midfield Most teams will continue to capitalize on that system until all these players regress. There's a reason most players regress under Ten Haag and it's because of system like this. Imagine telling Mainoo to be beating press like this 10 times in a match, how do you expect him not to overthink things? Ahh |

mostob: TBH, I'm not expecting anything tangible from that case.
As for Nwaneri, I feel he needs a few cameo appearances before talking of starting him. Why I didn't mention him is because bringing him directly to replace Odegaard (he will be fit anyway) against Spurs will put too much responsibilities and pressure on him. If he's been playing/training with the team for long and he's matured in his play, then I he should start or come in as sub. Nld might be too big for him but all these other clubs can work since experience and quality would surround him. It'll help him settle faster I just feel that if we're waiting for that perfect time for him, we fit no see am |

mostob: Gabu needs to be calming down. That injury was avoidable. It shouldn't be up to two months sha. Partey still has it technically but defensively, he has regressed. I read it was a mistake from Gabu. They both competed for aerial ball and Merino fell down while Gabu also fell down and landed on his hands. All those kind mistake injury that wasn't reckless. Yeah, I think the speed from Partey have drastically reduced. He still got all other aspects of his game except Speed and perhaps his physicality |

We just needed Rice to go back to 6 while Merino take his LM position but Gabi had another plan. Merino injury was frustrating. Timber was substituted because of cramp last match and he arrived Netherlands camp with his brother today. Someone we have been monitoring since o. Hopefully, they all come back fit. Hopefully they do oo. This int'l break I think it's for Nations and WC qualifiers. I doubt Ghana would have agreed to it. I don't think the board are going to do away with him anytime soon. He should sha deliver. Fans are impatient right now. That's the hope and I know he and the players now know that's what is expected of them. For Arteta to say we need 114points to win league, he now knows that's the standard the boards are expecting of him and his players.. So we go deh watch. If we can combine the performance of First half of two seasons ago and the performance of the second half of last season, then I believe we win it. Jamiuokolaa: His decision making in scenarios like that would determine to a reasonable extent, the heights he would attain in his career...
There would always be situations like that and as a controlling midfielder, being press resistant is an attribute that cannot be overemphasized.
What happened to "drawing a foul"?
Are we saying there was no "safe pass" available? We seem to forget that he's 19 playing DM who just start playing at top level just half a season ago. System is suppose to help players(esp of his age) and Mainoo wasn't helped there at all. I won't judge Mainoo on this cos he hasn't got that experience that comes with more game time If Eth wants to play out from the back and transition to front, then he needs his midfielders to be close to one another and move in tandem. This structure from that picture will expose your midfieders more tbh |
