Hensben, see person you want let Southgate bench because of your Keke Palmer. ![]()
|
Na why Southgate no fit listen to outside noise be this ![]() Steeze boy. God's child ![]()
|
airmark:Who's using it to nail wingers. Did I even use it to attack Saka. Your fellow Comrade in hensben who used it to nail Foden, you didn't come for him. Yet me who proved to Hensben that one shouldn't use such stats to nail wingers and disprove his point by bringing in Saka who played a fine game, yet you're coming for me and calling me a liar Just because I proved you wrong by defending myself and you know you're wrong but your ego, and stubbornness won't make you admit such, now you want to spin the thing on me. You're not serious!! |
airmark:Those things you mentioned in your post were also accounted for in that picture I sent to you, so that invalidates it. I also have to go look for wboscored stats on Saka and all the whole metrics they gave was exactly what sofascore gave Saka exception of the possession lost metric which they didn't include. While eye-test is good but I'm certain you didn't watch the ball or Saka to start counting how many balls he lost (either through pressing or sort). This is where sites such as these come in handy. While I understand that it's surprising to you that Saka lost possession of that volume in 120m, my grouse is not you even countering my opinion but claiming I'm lying just to score cheap point, yet couldn't even provide one concrete evidence to prove that I'm scoring cheap point. That's my grouse here
|
airmark:You looked at that app and evidence I sent and this is what you could come up with as defense? So Sofascore is now a stupid app because Airm.ark says so Issorait!!! |
mostob:Lol... Just go buy ticket to watch Saka, Rice and Ramsdale for Berlin (ie the finals) ![]() |
airmark:You're not sure yet you accused me of lying. Not only did you accuse me of lying, you also accused me of throwing Saka under the bus Just because of Foden — all these allegations on the basis that "you're not sure"? The least you could have done(and I expect from you) is just to apologise or at least bring up evidence that Saka did not lose ball up to 5 times on Saturday from a reputable site or app. |
mostob:Lol, yeah, they've been solely working on that formation oo. The 3 atb they did against Switzerland was what they even worked on newly in their last two training sessions against Switzerland. Before then, they've not tried it in preparation for this Euros. He brought in Palmer, brought in Eze and brought in Toney. He still left Kane and Saka, Bellingham and Rice. So with an attack of Kane, Toney, Saka, Palmer, Eze, Rice and Bellingham. You don't think one of this attackers will be withdrawn back albeit still showing attacking class? And who better than Saka amongst all of them? Did you know that when England was winning in that same Slovakia match, Saka was shifted back to his right wing towards the end of the match? (with Palmer at Lw) ie when Kane was withdrawn. |
drisham:I believe him and Vini had it at H2h but now Vini is eliminated now Sha, it'll be pretty difficult except of course England fails to win it. But if England wins it, I fit bet say Bellingham go win am |
mostob:1. First bolded: The reason why it took him long to adjust was because that formation was what they've been working on since. In fact, according to either telegraph or the athletic I read from, it was strictly that 4 atb they've been working on with Trippier/Shaw at Lb while Arnold in midfield. From what I read, seems there was no plan B hence Southgate was just forcing it while changing personnels(from Arnold to Gallagher to finally Mainoo). When it reached Slovakia match (after 4 matches) and it's still not working he just had to change it. If he had plan B, he would have adjusted since especially the 3rd match(against Slovenia). 2. Second bolded: Desperate times requires desperate measure. They're losing and they're on the verge of elimination unlike group stages where a draw they've been having is all good. What do you expect Southgate to do, remove attackers for another attacker OR try to put in more attackers to his previous attackers for more fire power? Most coach will do the latter in that situation. If you are the one, what would you have done differently? I would really love your response |
nitrogen:I don stop already boss. Gracias!!! |
airmark:I've posted evidence of it let you see it. At least acknowledge it lemme know cos the bolded and the subsequent paragraph was really a strong accusation. |
mostob:Thank goodness you admitted you didn't watch the match so I understand where this post is borne out from. Now, if Southgate was influenced by the media, Saka would have played Lb or Lwb not even rwb/rb ystdy cos Trippier was the target (as media are clamouring for) but no, none of such happened. Also, same Trippier still played and same 1st 11 still played (aside Konsa which came in for suspended guehi). So, What does that tell you? It just simply tells you that Southgate just changed structure to the team cos they've been v.poor for 4 straight matches. It was an obvious thing to do. Below is Saka heat map and if you watch the match ystdy, you'll never agree that he played rwb ystdy (cos obviously he didn't). The heat map here gave further credence to it. The structure England played ystdy freed up Saka and it's no wonder he gave his best performance yet in this Euros. I expect Southgate to continue with this formation All those their clamour for Palmer into the starting 11 and Trippier to be dropped for Saka to play Lb/Lwb will now be effectively shut down. Anybody watching England's game knows that Trippier was never the big issue but structure. But because they want shiny new toy (Palmer to play) and Saka to play Lb (because they he played there his breakthrough season), they just believe that's the cheap problem neglecting the bigger issue at hand.

mostob:Lmaoo... I go prove to you say no be all dreams dey come true ![]() |
mostob:Lol... Surprisingly, I didn't see Saka face (tho in one, it was cut out). But you know why?? While everyone went to celebrate after the final successful kick, Saka knelt down at that spot to thank(or prayed) to God. That's the reason you don't see him In any of those pix. So then, I won't read too much into it cos it's a group picture that was used(which depicts their penalty shootout win). I would have been alarmed if Kane or Bellingham was used. Anyways, just send me pictures next time(like this) if Kane or Foden scores an equalising goal and they win on PK (without any of them being the winning PK taker). If it happens and only their pictures were showed, I'll concede admission and hands up. |
Trevor012:Lmaoo... Epl is competitive than La Liga Does it stop La Liga from being league equivalent than epl?? You're just disgracing yourself and English not me ![]() |
Trevor012:Copa=Euros=Afcon=Asian cup Ucl≠ Caf Cl ≠ Carry your case go court |
Trevor012:Lmaoo... Something basic like this is eluding cry cry Idolo fans. All because of a paltry Euros he won. Euros wey small pikin Greece wey get their first ever world cup win in 2010 have won it as far back as 2004 this wan is hyping. Messi you do this one ![]() |
Trevor012:Do you agree with equivalence here first. When we'll come back to club football I'll school you there too, just agree with the country football first ![]() |
Trevor012:Strength and which difficulty? I'm talking equivalence here you're telling me strength and difficulty. Very soon you'll tell me I should list their problem and challenges ![]() |
Trevor012:Is there migration amongst players between these two leagues. If no, then it's equivalent If yes, then there's no equivalence Shikena ![]() |
Trevor012:Lmaoo.... Na you wan change mouth I said Copa=Euros And I gave you reason as being intercontinental trophies recognized by FIFA. If that to you isn't equivalence then na you Sabi. Wetin concern me concern farmers league or strength of league |
Trevor012:Na you and your Shadow deh talk about strength. I'm talking about equivalent here. That Xhaka didn't win league in England but won it in Germany doesn't mean Xhaka isn't a recognized league winner from Europe top5 league. Whether England deh competitive pass Germany na for your own eyes and mouth. That's how it's to Copa=Euros=afcon |
airmark:From a random Twitter I saw ystdy, I saw 18. But here's from sofascore (my go-to app) and it's 17(you can see it's close). Foden possession lost from same app is 19 as opposed 16 hens.ben dropped tho. I don't know why you'd think I would want to throw Saka under the bus
|
hensben:Foden looked lost?? Please |
Trevor012: Jodera: |
Trevor012:Lmaoo... English ought not to hard. Equivalent is different from strength. Serie A, La Liga, Epl, Bundesliga are equivalent league titles. Simples!! You don't need to win one over the other to claim power |
Trevor012:Lol... don't let Cr7 fandom make you misyarn abeg. Europe football (in terms of club) is where football is presided presently due to free migration of players. No such thing happens in country(migration of players). That's why person like Osimhen can win African best playing in Europe club but can't play for Italy. In continental Afcon=Euros=Copa In club Barca≠ Eyimba. This na basic stuff |
Trevor012:Lmaoo... That i called it farmers league means what? Is epl presently not a farmers league? No be one team deh win 6/7 while the rest they watch? ![]() |
Trevor012:Exactly For int'l football, Copa = Euros=afcon= Asian cup Bundesliga=Epl=La Liga= Seria A(top 5 leagues). Say one is stronger no mean say all no be equivalent league titles |
Trevor012:You will wait?? So the Copa I showed you na Trevor fc organise am? Dey play ![]() |
