I'm processing my passport renewal through an agent in portharcourt I did capturing on October 26 but I'm yet to get the passport. I spoke to the agent she said it is not her duty to know whether it is ready or not. Is there anyone here that did capturing the same date and has gotten his/her paspport? Is there a way I can track the passport stages?

you need to go to the passport office to check whether or not it is ready. it might be ready.

i was there last week Tuesday to check if mine is ready and i was told to come this week. i captured on the 1st of November

I just collected my WAEC certificate, I intend to use it as alternative to IELTS for UK student visa.

But I discovered my first name "Babatunde" was misspelt as "Babtunde" and my middle name as "O" instead of the full middle name.

Does it matters? Will this be a reasonable ground for UKVI for visa refusal?

please does this mean someone can apply for UK study visa with only waec?

my experience at the Ph Immigration Office

my appointment was on the 28th of October and I got there as early as 8am and was directed to go to online desk at the first floor since I paid online. when I got to the online desk, the woman I met there told me to go the building beside the immigration office to buy a file and arrange my documents.

I went to the building and paid #1500 for my documents to be arranged then I went back to meet the woman and she said I have to pay #5000,she insisted and even gave me back my file because I refused to pay. l left her office and returned with the #5k. after I had given her the 5k,she said I should go and come back on Monday that my file will have to go through several tables before I can capture.

I left that Friday and returned yesterday, 1st November.
I got to the immigration office around 1pm and left around 4.30pm.

with my experience and that of others I met there, I think you have to open a file like days before your appointment date.

I wat there last month for capturing and moreover the requirements are there in your print out acknowledgment copy. It is better you go with the requirements to avoid unnecessary payment because they will look for any loops hole to make you pay money

finally done with the capturing. I arrived there by 12 noon thinking the crowd may have lessen by that time but it wasn't so because there were backlogs because of public holiday on Monday. So the once they didn't finish on Tuesday was carried over to today in other to finish people for capturing for Monday and Tuesday so before they started attending to those for today was a bit late.

The buttom line is I was captured around 5pm today and told to come back in 3 weeks time for my passport.

please how much did you pay for the high court to stamp the guarantor's form?

please, people that did capturing in Ph office, do I need to go a day before my appointment to open a file or I can do it that same day and still be captured?

whatever is on your NIN must tally with what will be on your international ppt. Of you need the middle name on intl passport then pls go for modification of data on NIN first. U will pay via remita and then go with necessary documents to NIN office. Whenevr the name appears on the NIN portal, then u can proceed to use it for ur passport otherwise it will be difficult.
This info is only applicable to ppt application in Abuja, Lagos, Ph, Enugu, and some centres in Ogun.

Did my capturing today via DIY way..in porthacourt office..the PRO collected 5k from me..I refused to pay,he refused me from submitting no be small battle ,at the end i just had to pay for me and my brother..10k

It's bio data page. The page on their passport that has their bio details and photograph.
Your guarantor has to have a passport at hand that is valid.

please is it the photocopy of the BioData page we will use?
