Hi phone engineers in the house.. I use a Samsung galaxy A10s phone. Recently an update popped up, which I clicked to update it. But after the update and reboot thing, the screen refused to respond. I can only operate the phone using a mouse connected with otg cable . plz what's the solution. Am based in Niger state, very far from Lagos at this time.
