I am moniepoint Agent, on 25th of this month August a customer with opay account came want his account to credited with N10,000, I transfered it and it was successful but he got the alert as failed transaction. Both of us when to moniepoint to complain, moniepoint gave me all the evidence that it was a successful transaction then we proceed to opay office, opay Said is a failed transaction on their part that we should back moniepoint to order for refund and moniepoint said no it's a successful transaction that the money has already gone to opay with settlement slip to prove that opay actually Received the money. Now the customer wanted to fight me if his money is not refunded so I did. In this case who's at fault moniepoint or opay and which authority can I report this matter to recover my money because am the losing end. Your opinion please

If you've worked in big firms before, even to verify your transcript, it must be with your consent. That's how they do things everywhere.Its only the certificate that can be verified behind me not my transcript.Even foreign schools or WES will not verify your transcript behind you without authorising them.Know this and have peace.
