Dear OP, there is not going to be a document that has a "Bola Ahmed Tinubu" written on it. None my dear, none. The closest you'd get is Bola Adekunle Tinubu and she is a female. God knows where she is whether she's dead or alive. Bola Tinubu (which he calls himself) adopted her name and her certificate by implication in the 80s and would often claim that the A in the certificate read Ahmed until CSU clarified the brouhaha during his first stint as governor. That was when he found out that she used Adekunle in her name because middle are usuually undisclosed and shortened. Guess what, he adopted that name too. He had to because the name Ahmed had cultural and religious significance. Besides, he had gone a long way with the name so he couldn't do away with it. Like I said in this post:
