Going with your logic about numbers, If we look at it the total number of passengers (local and international)in MAKIA was 585,190 while that of 583,460 in the same period.Meaning MAKIA had 1,730 more passengers than Owerri airport.

What we are discussing here is sustainability bro.From the attached, it's evident that MAKIA has more traffic than owerri airport.MAKIA is an international airport with regular flights to Sudan, Niger, Saudi Arabia etc.. and it's a cargo airport as well.From these alone and the local flights combined, we should know that MAKIA is busier and makes more money than Owerri airport.Maybe if MAKIA is not an International airport, it would have been making loss too.

The election tribunal had given a judgement which placed FCT like a state, and so going by the tribunal judgement, if they say FCT holds no special status but is a state like every other state in Nigeria then they should accordingly produce their own governor and three senators and equivalent HOR members like every other state. Now if you say they (FCT residents) should channel this to the legislature for the legislature to make them a state, then you're indirectly saying that FCT isn't a state yet and that the conclusion of the tribunal that FCT is already like a state was wrong.
So the entire point here is that, the errors of the tribunal has clearly come up and it is already creating rippling effects and consequences.

What the tribunal is saying is that as citizens, we all have equal rights.The tribunal referred to its people anyway,Let's see how it goes and how it will end.

With PEPC ruling giving Abuja a state status, the demand for governor, the Senators and Representative is justified. Afterall, Lagos was a Federal Capital territory until 1984/85. Lagos was accorded a state status and has been enjoying same since the 70s.
In that case the quest for a state status fir Abuja is justified. They also deserve a governor.
If you say the indigenes were relocated and so Abuja is no man's land, how is Lagos not a no man's land also?

Because of the new process even if you have an insider, it can't be less than 3 weeks.Though when I renewed mine in 2021, I got it within 3 days and I was issued the old passport which NIN is not required.
