A single term of 5 years is okay. Life is a mix of the good and the bad. Sometimes, we elect good leaders. Some other times, we end up with bad leaders. If we are lucky to have a good person in power, you would like they remain in power beyond 5 years. On the other hand, if we are unlucky to have a bad person in power, even 1 year would feel like hell under such bad leader. The reality is that bad persons do grab power, and a 5-year single term of bad leadership can be endured.

Looking at how they're treating Nnamdi Kanu compared to how they're treating the terrorists, we should feel sorry for ourselves.

My advice for Lt Yerima is that he should take leave from duty and lie low for a while. There is a team up against him.

I said first independence because we need a second and real independence. Nnamdi Kanu, Sunday Igboho and the likes are fighting for the independence of their people from the contraption Flora Shaw named Nigeria. As Nigerians today celebrate our heroes (Nnamdi Azikwe, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Sir Ahmadu Bello, Chief Anthony Enahoro, Mallam Aminu Kano, Herbert Macaulay, Funmilayo Ransom Kuti, Hajia Gambo Sawaba, Margaret Ekpo, and many others), people like Nnamdi Kanu, Sunday Igboho and other freedom fighters will be celebrated by future generations.

I want to believe that those navy officers were stationed there by the current service chiefs. They protect themselves and they see an injury to one as an injury to all of them.
