He owes the Odilis more than they owe him. Wike is a loudmouthed mugu..

sapele914:
Fubara is worse than a fool, you betray the person that made u king, and think u will escape Scot free?

Even Jehovah hates betrayers, give unto Caesar, what belongs to Caesar.
It will be very difficult to liberate people like you. When a governor is so powerful to impose who becomes governor after him, don't you think that is a big problem for the system. Fubara saved Rivers from Wike attaining the status of the late Olusola Saraki of Kwara or the late Lamidi Adedibu of Ibadan or the Tinubu of Lagos. Once an individual attains that status, it is only death that can free the people from their stronghold.

Imagine you are made a king in captivity and you have a way to escape captivity, you will stay put and not free yourself because you don't want to betray the person that made you a king in captivity. Or do you think it is for the good of the people that Wike wants to become the godfather of Rivers politics?
PoliticsRe: How Wike Solely Chose Fubara For Personal Gains, But Miscalculated -Oji Ngofa by johannu(m):
Wike mistook Fubara for Foolbara. On his part, Fubara played the fool to fool Wike who thinks he is wise in in his own eyes. "Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him." - Proverbs 26:12

This is not the piece we asked for, we asked for what happened, why and how it happened, what was done and how to prevent it and what exactly makes ordinary culpable in that situation, this information is needed as per each stampede incident.

If this was done as regards the ibadan incident on Wednesday, perhaps the abuja and anambra organizers could have learnt a thing or two from it thereby preventing the other stampedes and their subsequent arrest

And before anyone says wrongly again that the authorities owe no one any statement, please remember these were disaster level incidents in some of the cases, responders were overwhelmed...

Let us bring to our recollection the response of the US to the Boston marathon bombing, there were statements immediately after and subsequently....

Times have changed and obviously the requirement for charity as changed too, 3 stampedes in succession is no coincidence, I ask again what happened and what makes organizers culpable so everyone actually learns from this and lives get to be saved in future
What you suggested is the right thing to do. But we are not used to doing the right things.

These people are very greedy and single minded.
All they think and care about is themselves only.
See the number of bodies they have monitoring the presidency not to mention their various committees spying and checking the presidency and Nass like monitoring spirits.
Tinubu should look for a way to dismantle and break their ranks.

The sad thing however is the excess stupid koneheaded structures we have here in the south who keep causing division and rancour with their ever foolish Peter Obi this, Igbo that rants upandan everyday.
If they south can just unite, these parasites would be put in their place but koneheads must be koneheads
The British that joined the north and the south did it in such a manner that the south can never unite against the north, meaning the north will always have the upper hand to suppress and dominate the south. And since the north is backward thinking, the south can't move forward. We all remain bedridden so Britain can continue to rape us front and back.

PoliticsRe: Rice Stampede In Okija, Anambra, Many Dead (Disturbing Photos) by johannu(m): 3:22pm On Dec 21, 2024
SeriouslySense:
You can say it's their fault, but there are no laws that specify how issues like this should be dealt with. Moreover, some organizers are not even prepared to handle such events. There needs to be more awareness, and these disasters present an opportunity to create nationwide awareness on the need to handle such situations properly.

Certainly i am not 100 percent right, but everyone has a part to play and there is a need to lay down the protocols for organizing such events, both the organizers and the general public or individuals going to collect palliative should play their part.

What i suggest specifically is for the organizers to know how many people they can attend to in a day and when the number is exceeded they should not let other people crowd the place.

Though, there could be a better way to address it.
Thank you for the clarification. People need to be more safety conscious.
PoliticsRe: Rice Stampede In Okija, Anambra, Many Dead (Disturbing Photos) by johannu(m): 2:42pm On Dec 21, 2024
SeriouslySense:
It is not the fault of the organizers, the people were not patient and orderly.

But the organizers should learn from this and ensure safety standards are followed. Because when peculiar events are setup, many people will come and they will be desperate because of their suffering.

We know Nigerians do not appreciate order and protocols, so next time, give them a number or do something that will assure them, make sure the people who are waiting have their package seperated and ready for collection, know how many people you will cover for a day, so excess people are not waiting and restless.
Listen to yourself. "It is not the fault of the organizers." "But the organizers should learn from this and ensure safety standards are followed."

When the FG organised a recruitment exercise and tens of people died due to stampede, was the minister not tried in court for negligence and it's because Nigeria's judiciary is a failure that he did not later go to jail. It's because we're so used to anyhowness here in Nigeria that you think the organizers shouldn't be blamed. If people have previously been jailed in the past for this kind of negligence leading to stampede, the organizers would have hired security to prevent this.
You said it the way it is. We are ne'er-do-wells who do things anyhow. I hate us.

Immigration had the data of the number of people they invited and they were dealing with adults. Now make the comparison again

I was waiting for you to mention security. Where the security will position would have been a bottleneck, and disaster was still bound to happen, maybe not inside the venue but outside

As long as the security will not go to homes to stop the children from coming out, stampede was always meant to happen

You should be concerned about the multitude of parents that allowed their children go to scamper for freebies. That's widespread poverty.
You are a typical Nigerian with very poor reasoning.
