the last update to my profile was "Medical Passed" on the 24th of last month. Since then, nothing.
I don't quite get the length of time it takes before a decision is made after medical passed.
Please anyone in my shoes here?
Is there somthing i can do to perhaps remind them, or is this normal?
I have had to read through the tread to see the length of time it took for passport request after medicals, most i have seen is 14days.

Have they requested for your passport yet, my brother keep your hope alive

I applied for a diploma program which will start in January 2016
My Study permit application was submitted online on the 12 Sep 2015
I received a letter to go do medicals on Oct 19
I did the medicals on Oct 22
Online profile updated to Medicals Passed on Oct 29
Today I received a letter that my application was refused with the following reasons:
*travel history
*family ties in Canada and in country of residence
*purpose of visit

All these while, I thought my application was being processed in Nigeria but the refusal letter was signed in Accra Ghana. My brother is my sponsor and he's a Canadian citizen. He wants to call the embassy first before he appeals the case. Does anybody know what number to call? Or can I reapply immediately? Please I need your advice

Note*The yeye agent didn't include SOP in my application, now bro his in canny he will take up things from there but I need help guyz...make I rush bath enta road to work,I will state reasons before noon so u guys can help advice and n wat best to do...we want to refire soonest.... My co - sponsor recently fixed deposit the money in her account (#5million) dia by making her available account balance very low. She has printed out her SOA to show gud inflow nd fixed deposit debit from her account. She also got a reference letter from the bank stating her fixed deposit with them. Can I submit the SOA (with very low balance) and the reference letter from the bank?
Can dt fly in the eyes of the vo?

It is simple arithmetic calculate all ur expenses for a year in canada compare it with ur SOA the result u get will surely tell you what to do
