It sure brings resentment when regulars think you are favouring new workers. But I like to deploy them in a way to negate that. I know a team of my workers who cannot work with the second team, and I always keep them apart. Management is not easy o

One bright airy evening, i decided to take a long walk along the banks of a river. As i walked along my path, I beheld the silhouette of what appears to be two men sitting on a bench with a table between them.

I slowly inched closer, then the image became clearer. Though I love stevie wonder, our ocular conditions are not mutual.

Sure enough, there sat two persons, fiercely locked in a fist fight. First, they ignored my uninvited and intruding presence, then they simultanously looked up from the battle table, and it hit me.

They are both superstars, everybody knows them, you sure know them too. They have touched your life one way or the other at some point. But more important, you decide what roles you want any of them to play in your life.

Then they said to me,Johnboyy, this here is a battle, don't just stand there and look, get behind your man.

Withouth further invitation, like a true warrior ( I be sharp guy na ), I swung behind my man and joined the battle.

I decided to drive out into the city. Munich's city center is alive. I counted over 20 Buses with English registration plates littering the streets of downtown Munich and 100's of Chelsea FC fans already dazed on high potent Bavarian Booze. In my neck of the woods, this is the norm in large commercial building projects. I have witnessed entire blocks of downtown office complexes go up in weeks, complete with multilevel underground parking lots.

Last time i checked you cant have dual citizenship with Germany. The guy is German and probably requires a visa to come to Nigeria now. (u have to surrender your passport when u become German) So he is German and not Nigerian

A lot of misconceptions here. Let me put things right.

Dual citizenship is automatically allowed in some German states for Nigerians, eg. Bayern (Bavaria), Hessen, Nordrhein westfalen, Rheinland Pfalz, Berlin.

In other cases, an exemption permit can be obtained allowing the naturalization applicant to retain his former citizenship. However, this process is cumbersome and success ratio is limited. Also, dual Citizenship can be maintained if the applicant had tried for a period of 2 years without success to be released from the current nationality or the costs associated herewith exceeds his or her net monthly income.

Nigerians are now allowed to hold dual Nationality in the German states mention above as a result of a ministry of internal affairs policy position which rightly recognizes that a Nigerian Citizen cannot legally lose his Citizenship.

They held the opinion that the renunciation procedure at the Embassies and Consulates is a farce because the renunciation wishes in most cases are not communicated to the relevant authorities in Abuja and in the cases where that may have happened, are not properly and legally documented hence the Naturalized person involuntarily remains a Nigerian Citizen. This puts Nigeria in their opinion in the category of Countries which regularly denies renunciation to its citizens.

German citizenship once conferred can only be lost in a set of scenarios.

1. The naturalized person Applies and receives another countries citizenship. (except the citizenship of an EU member country or Switzerland, or a country which has signed a Treaty with Germany according to the German Citizenship regulation § 12 Abs. 3 StAG or applied and received a waiver in advance).

2. The naturalized person joined or served in another countries armed forces.

In a case where the citizenship is obtained by fraud (Erschlichene Einbürgerungen), the naturalization Authority (Einbürgerungsbehörde) or a court may enter a judgement vacating its confernment.

These are the scenarios, anything else is not applicable.
