I am sharing for the benefit of others, because I spent a few minutes studying their TOS.

From my story above, the orders were cancelled inexplicably because the price was the same x 10? Maybe or maybe not.

Maybe they thought the buyer made a mistake in ordering the same thing ten times? By the way, I did not change the order description, I simple copied and pasted it ten times, but if you read through, you would see that it was 10 distinct papers, and not one.

But recall that they cancelled 9 and left 1.

Then the buyer goofed, or so I think.

He told me inside Fiverr, it seems they have cancelled all the orders save one for no just cause, so I am going to create multiple accounts and then you can make the orders there.

Next thing all the 9 additional accounts created had a striking resemblance or similarity, it was clear it was the same person behind the multiple handles.

And in the new accounts opened, he messaged me saying make order 2 here to make order 9 here.

I think it was the act of opening multiple accounts that messed the deal up - from his end not mine.

If I were at fault then my account should have been restricted but it wasn't

I tried to play safe and only created one order and decided to wait until he had placed the order and for some time to pass before but CS struck cancelled the last order standing from the original 10 and disabled all the client's accounts, as well as a new order placed from one of the new accounts

Could it be that some of the orders had spans longer than 30 days but I had documented in our chat that we would use 30 days since Fiverr does not recognize longer contracts?

Or could it be that associating several accounts with one payment method caused it to be flagged down? CS will not answer, from previous experience so I will not bother to talk to them.

Sometimes we just have to be careful. For me depending solely on Fiverr is one of the fastest way to go back to the village.

Update, since this post I have accumulated over 10 cancelled orders worth almost $1,000.00, Fiverr is not a fair marketplace, Customer Service will cancel any order they feel like without recourse to you hiding behind their Terms of Use as a shield.

Just make as much as you can from the platform and get out of there and invest in something you have greater control over, no point expecting fairness or the rules of natural justice to be observed.

What is worse, they don't give sellers the courtesy of an explanation, the link they provide to view the reason for the cancellation points to a dead end.

Thank you all that voted irrespective of the way your vote went.

One client from hell cancelled two orders and set me back by $500, funds that I had already withdrawn for work that I had very much done.

You just have to deal with it. I abandoned one of my account after a client came back to cancel jobs totalling 2k after leaving 5 star and a tip. I had already withdrawn the funds so I disappeared.
