stubbornes killed my aunt earlier this yeah....she was choked with cholesterol..she repeatedly complained of difficulty in breathing and hard anthritis..she hardly took her drugs and enjoyed herself with fried foods and noodles

most Nigerians don't know that fried foods, noodles, processed foods,alcohol, bleaching creams, smoking etc are the biggest cause of illness in naija

not entirely true,but I get your point,if a diabetic is ready to make necessary adjustments,he or she will be fine.The problem is that most diabetic find it difficult to change eating habits..if it is type 2 that u just use drugs,it's better,if na type 1 that you take insulin,it is more severe..all in all a rich man with diabetes will live longer than a poor man with diabetes

exactly...Nigerians would rather prefer to take drugs than refuse to eat the foods that causes the ailment...my mother is a good example of such Nigerians...she keeps eating foods that increases BP and cholesterol despite having high cholesterol and BP..the only thing we could do is to increase her vegetables juice and spice intake
