However, without your providing a detailed list of the documents you sent in for your application, you can't get an opinion as to where the visa officer thinks you got it wrong. Unlike what obtains with the UK, Schengen visa refusals use the generalised catch-alls and do not mention specific areas on which they base their refusals so it could be a bit difficult to track down their identified weak point(s) in an application.

I would advise you not to reapply until you have reviewed your application to get an idea of why it was refused in the first place. A second application made with the same documentation may just bring a second refusal. If its a tourist visa or conference, don't bother appealing - any decisions will almost certainly come after the reason for your trip has ceased to exist.

Stay away from the "agents" and seek a disinterested opinion.

I submitted on the 3rd of August. received VFS pick up text Around 1:52pm on the 5th of September and I went to VFS center for collection on the 6th of September.

If you changed it now to your company's name what will happen to other business documents which is not in your company's name?


If your trip is for business then select business as a sub-category and if its for tourist then select tourism.

thanks for your reply sir , they are not current papers and i want to renew them .I had some business papers on my name and some on my wife name . i want to change everything to company name to be submitted at the embassy for a prove i am am doing the business.please advise

well i feel france decline everyone with 2m-3m . because i had a very hot experience 2015 , a guy i meet there applied with 6m and i had just 2m in my account , this guy got visa . upgrade your account upto 10m

Please I have 80k in my personal account and 100k in my business account, it was 500000 last July but I withdrew all last week to buy goods for my shop and so far, I have made 100k. Please I am not sponsoring my trip in anyway, will these bank statements be a basis for visa refusal.
