Nigeria's army says it has cleared 10 more camps used by Boko Haram in the country. There was a fierce battle around Dure camp, which astatement describes as one of the most "prominent" hideouts for the militants. Boko Haram has not yet commented on the army statement and there has been no independent confirmation. The army has recaptured most of the territory the militants had seized but they remain active. Thousands have been killed, mostly in north-eastern Nigeria, in attacks carried out by Boko Haram since 2009.
The army says that militants died both in the assault in the Sambisa forest and in an ambush when trying to flee, but did not specify how many. Last month, the army said it had rescued hundreds of former Boko Haram captives from Sambisa, a vast forest surrounding a game reserve.

Lol..It's not them, well I couldn't find the photo of the lady and I remembered this movie..A 22-year-old female student identified as Juliet Mathew, was on Monday docked in an Oshodi Magistrate Court for stealing three phones from her boyfriend worth N90,000.
The suspect who resides at No. 22 Pipeline Street, Iyana-Odo in Igando, Lagos, was arraigned for stealing.
While testifying in court, the prosecutor, Kehinde Olatunde, said the accused committed the offences on April 1 at No. 2, Ilare Close, Mafoluku, Oshodi, noting that the phones belonged to one Moses Ogundeyi.
According to Olatunde, “The accused stole one blackberry Q5 valued at N25,000, a Samsung X3 worth N45,000, a nokia valued at N5,000 and one Spetranet browsing valued at 15,000.”

A Nigerian Woman by the name Khadijah Dare has become a well placed member of the dreaded terrorist ISIS group after she fled from her family based in the UK to go joiy them. Khadijah's heartbroken mother Victoria has used her first ever interview to call upon her daughter to return and says she wants her only child in her life.

Welcome to the ultimate charmed life! Kate Middleton and Prince William introduced the new Princess of Cambridge on Saturday, May 2.

The happy parents stepped out together with their new baby girl in tow outside of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital in London. They have yet to announce the princess' name, but she was revealed to revelers outside of the hospital! The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton gave birth to a baby girl at St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington around 8.34am this morning UK time. The new royal baby is reported to have weighed in at 8lbs 3oz, and came almost one week late after 3hrs of labor.

News of the birth was announced earlier with a notice attached to the railings outside Buckingham Palace around 11am this morning. The newborn is 4th in line to the throne. Prince William was present for the birth, and now the parents of two have showcased their new daughter to the world.

Oga oo my people..I went for a shoot yesterday so I had to drive amidst the fuel scarcity in Lagos and most part of the country..This is soo unusual as filling stations now sell at a very high rate.. I was soo disappointed when I got to OANDO in Maryland and after soo long queue, I was told that the fuel is now N300 per litre.. At first I taught the attendant was joking with me, until other Nigerians behind me started shouting on top of their voice that I should be lucky I found..And I said to myself, What kind of Luck is this? I wanted to take my car and leave until I realized that I could not afford to do shakara

It;s a very Patethic situation and I hope Government finds a solution quick and fast cos we cannot cope with this wierdness

Also in some parts of Lagos, 5 litres of fuel in the black market is been sold for as much as N2500 while some sell for N2000.
