His Anaconda got Nicki's Anaconda to bow! 13-year-old Matt Murstein's millionaire financier dad called and dropped a few dollars to get the "Anaconda" rapper to help the kid usher in adulthood..lol..I mean attend his birthday party in NYC.

We're told Nicki performed 7 songs and stuck around for a meet and greet where the boy, sorry ...the MAN made a pass at her!

Aside from Nicki ... Bob Costas, Patrick Ewing and John Starks made cameos via video and Matt got to hang with baseball legend Hank Aaron and NY Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Matt's pickup line obviously didn't work on Nicki, she's no Tyga, but you gotta appreciate the guy's chutzpah.

After nearly one year of speculations, Stephen Keshi has been given the Super Eagles coaching job for the next two years. Keshi signed a two-year contract on Tuesday and was unveiled at a ceremony at the National Stadium in Abuja.

The 53-year-old’s contract ran out after the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup, where Nigeria crashed to a 2-0 loss to France in the round-of-32. He was sacked when the Eagles failed to qualify for the 2015 African Cup of Nations (AFCON). But the sack was subsequently reversed due to pressure from government quarters.

Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Senator-elect for the Ogun East Senatorial District, Prince Buruji Kashamu, has cried out to NHRC not to allow former president Olusegun Obasanjo use his ‘powers’ to get him arrested in Nigeria and then taking to US on drug charges.


Kashamu who petitioned NHRC on the 15th of April, begged the Commission not to stand by and watch his fundamental human rights trampled upon at the behest of former President. Read the detailed report by VanguardNewspaper after the cut.

President-elect Muhammadu Buhari yesterday vowed to make judicious use of the nation’s resources, declaring that he will neither embezzle nor allow anyone to embezzle the country’s resources.

Buhari, who made the statement during a town hall meeting yesterday in Yola, said he would give priority attention to fighting corruption, insecurity and enhancing educational development, noting that most of the social ills bedevilling the country could be traced to dearth of education.

A Justice of the federal high court in Ikoyi, Lagos, C J Aneke, has granted an order of interim injunction restraining Multichoice from enforcing its planned increase in cost of the different classes of viewing of its pay TV, DSTV.
MultiChoice, owners of DStv and GOtv, had announced a 20 percent price increase for all its satellite pay TV bouquets in Nigeria to take effect from April 1, 2015. According to them, the annual price increase, usually in-line with inflation, is necessary for it to continue offering the best in local and international entertainment to its subscribers.
The judge asked parties to maintain status quo in support of the motion ex parte with an affidavit of
