I'll be brief..
My maternal uncle who retired few years back is planning on erecting a single room apartment since he's advanced in age. Government are yet to pay his gratuity and pension, he is tired of paying rent and hence he had to sell his farmland for 2m to erect a portable 1bedroom apartment pending on when the retirement benefits will come.
He is entrusting me with the money to carry out this project since he/wife don't have any idea.
My question here is, I don't know how far the money can go, I don't want a situation where after promising them that the money will carry the structure till roofing stage then we end up at the window level.. I no won't make them accuse me of eating their money..
I know things are expensive but for a single room and parlour, small dinning, small kitchen and toilet I think 2m should go a long way if not completing it self.
