Still don't understand why young Zulu girls throw their legs high during the Reed dance.
chatgpt
The Reed Dance, also known as Umkhosi woMhlanga, is an annual cultural event celebrated by the Zulu people of South Africa. It is a traditional ceremony where young Zulu girls participate to pay homage to the Zulu king and to demonstrate their purity and eligibility for marriage.

During the Reed Dance, the girls perform various traditional dances, including one where they throw their legs high in the air. This particular dance is called "Indlamu," which is a Zulu warrior dance. The purpose of this dance is not specifically related to the Reed Dance itself but is performed as a display of strength, agility, and skill.

The high leg kicks in the Indlamu dance symbolize the girls' energy, grace, and physical prowess. It showcases their abilities and demonstrates their readiness to take on the responsibilities of adulthood and marriage. The dance is also a way for the girls to express their cultural identity and pride in their heritage.

It's important to note that the Reed Dance is a cultural practice with deep roots in Zulu traditions and customs. The specific meaning and symbolism behind certain dance moves may vary within different Zulu communities, but in general, the dance is a celebration of Zulu culture and the transition from girlhood to womanhood.

Investment / Assets Vs. Liabilities: How To Stop Wasting Your Cash by joinnow: 1:16am On May 09, 2023
To stop wasting your cash, here are some practical tips:

Create a budget: Start by tracking your income and expenses. This will give you a clear picture of where your money is going and help you identify areas of wasteful spending.

Set financial goals: Define your short-term and long-term financial goals. Having specific goals will motivate you to save and avoid unnecessary spending.

Prioritize your spending: Differentiate between needs and wants. Focus on fulfilling your essential needs first, such as housing, food, utilities, and transportation, before indulging in discretionary expenses.

Cut back on impulse buying: Avoid making impulsive purchases by taking time to think before buying. Ask yourself if the item is truly necessary and if it aligns with your financial goals.

Avoid credit card debt: Credit card interest can accumulate quickly and lead to wasteful spending. Try to pay off your credit card balances in full each month to avoid interest charges.

Comparison shop: Before making a purchase, compare prices from different vendors or online retailers. Look for deals, discounts, or alternative options that offer the same value at a lower cost.

Plan meals and avoid eating out excessively: Preparing meals at home can save a significant amount of money compared to eating out. Plan your meals in advance, make a grocery list, and stick to it to avoid unnecessary food expenses.

Limit entertainment expenses: Evaluate your entertainment subscriptions, such as streaming services or gym memberships, and consider canceling those you rarely use. Look for free or low-cost activities to enjoy in your leisure time.

Save on utilities: Reduce your utility bills by practicing energy-saving habits, such as turning off lights when not in use, using energy-efficient appliances, and adjusting the thermostat to conserve energy.

Automate savings: Set up automatic transfers from your checking account to a savings account. This way, a portion of your income will be saved before you have a chance to spend it.

Avoid unnecessary fees: Be mindful of bank fees, late payment fees, or other charges that can eat into your cash. Stay organized, pay bills on time, and choose financial institutions that offer low or no fees.

Stay accountable: Share your financial goals and progress with a trusted friend or family member. They can provide support and help keep you accountable for your spending habits.

Remember, changing spending habits takes time and discipline. Be patient with yourself and celebrate small victories along the way.

How long will it take for current of 745mA to deposit 8.56g of chromium into the cathode using a solution of CrCl3.

It takes an electric current of 5.379A applied to a solution of MSO4 for 1hr to plate 7.0g of an unknown metal. identify the unknown metal. (M)
From chatgpt
For the first question, we can use Faraday's law of electrolysis to calculate the time required to deposit 8.56g of chromium at a current of 745mA.

The formula for Faraday's law is:

mass = (current x time x atomic mass) / (valence x Faraday's constant)

where:

current is the current in amperes (A)
time is the time in seconds (s)
atomic mass is the atomic mass of the metal in grams per mole (g/mol)
valence is the valence of the metal ion in the electrolyte
Faraday's constant is the charge of one mole of electrons, approximately equal to 96,485 coulombs per mole (C/mol)
For chromium, the valence is +3, and the atomic mass is 52 g/mol.

Plugging in the values, we get:

8.56g = (0.745A x t x 52g/mol) / (3 x 96485C/mol)

Solving for t, we get:

t = (8.56g x 3 x 96485C/mol) / (0.745A x 52g/mol)
= 10,798 seconds
≈ 3 hours

Therefore, it would take approximately 3 hours for a current of 745mA to deposit 8.56g of chromium into the cathode using a solution of CrCl3.

For the second question, we can use the same formula to identify the unknown metal.

The formula becomes:

atomic mass = (current x time x Faraday's constant) / (mass x valence)

Plugging in the values, we get:

atomic mass = (5.379A x 3600s x 96485C/mol) / (7.0g x 1M)
≈ 55.8 g/mol

To identify the metal, we need to find an element with an atomic mass close to 55.8 g/mol. The closest match is iron (Fe), whose atomic mass is 55.85 g/mol. Therefore, the unknown metal is iron (Fe).

Therefore, the unknown metal is iron (Fe).

Yesterday I drove from home to buy yam. From yam to barb hair from hair to filling station. If was from filling station someone point my tyre to me.

When I came down to check it. It was flat a tyre I just bought 3 days ago.

When I drove out from the filling station I packed to inspect the flat tyre I want to go straight to where I bought the to cause a scene. But when I check I saw nail pouch through the tyre. I really can't tell where I pick the nail. If it's from house but one thing I was sure of is that it was intentional. Someone set the nail for me. Because this is not the first time.

And the funny thing is that I was going to the same club. The last time it happened was a week ago reasona I bought and change tyres. I went to the club pack car. Only for me to come out and met a flat tyre. I suffered that night. No jack, no spare tyre. No body even care to listen to me.

If not for the fact someone point this to me I would have go there pack the car only for me to come out and meet the same thing.

I would have suspect the people there.

If I have check the tyre before leaving home I would have trace where it happens.

But right now I'm 90% sure someone put the nail for me. Even the vulcanizer that patch the tyre think so. What is really happening?

Could this be a sign I should not go that club again. Even my babe when that was coming when she head about it she refused to come again. She too has a car she will come with. But I believe she think it's not a good sign to leave the house when she heard about my tyre issue.

I'm just confused. Is it's a warning sign to stop going to that club.
What if nobody put the nail
What if you always always pass through pothole filled road and you never care to dodge some pothole.
What if you drive as if someone is chasing you and you are entering the potholes at top speed
What if you are always buying used expired tyre

The whys
Why didn't you buy new tyre
Why didn't you change all four tyres
Why didn't you have a spare tyre
Why didn't you have a jack

Now read slowly digest and stop thinking negatively cos what you think manifest

So before the COVID era, I worked as a marketer in one of the multinationals in Lagos state.

One day, my work took me to a Federal Government establishment in the state for a presentation.

When I was done with the presentation, I happened to meet a lady who worked there. She opted to patronize me, and we got talking.

I must say I had a crush on her but was turned back when I discovered she had a baby out of wedlock. She and her baby daddy weren't together as at the time we met (I don't know if they've gotten back together now, or If they are now married). As a result, I never told her of my feelings.

Years later, I lost contact with her. Am out of the company where I used to work when we met. I've been wondering how I can get reconnected to her.

But as fate would have it, just recently, she called me on the phone to ask how I was doing. I felt stupefied. This was someone whose number I've longed to have.

She's the kind of woman I want to marry.

Now again, I didn't reveal my feelings to her. However, I have saved her number now. The question is, should I just call her and open up my feelings for her?

She still works in Lagos, while I've relocated to a core northern state.

Please my people, how do I go about this? I still feel the same way I felt years ago.

How do I start to tell her my feelings when, for years, I didnt call her at once. Won't it be like I only feign feelings for her because she called me to ask about my wellbeing?

How do I even Start? Honestly I'm lost
Someone please give me a clue

While I didn't remove the wallet from anybody's pocket, but the fact that I took it home secretly after picking it on the ground can still qualify it as stealing and I am really really sorry about it. What happened is that at that point, it came as an answer to my prayer. It was too tempting for me to resist, considering my very pitiable economic condition.

Here is the story.

I am an applicant, and a young father with kids too. I lost my last job and now hunting for a new one. However, despite the unemployed status, I don't steal no matter how pitiable my economic condition may be at any particular time, and I believe I will land a good job soon, by the special grace of God.
Free
I was one of the applicants that attended an interview Tuesday this week here in Abuja. Being desperate for a job, I was among the first persons that reached the venue despite my long distance. That was before 7:30am but the interview started around 10am. So I was attended to early enough and done when others were still coming. I stayed behind a little to meet with others. On my way leaving, descending the staircase, I met a wallet on the ground and I rushed for it, put it inside my bag and continued as though nothing happened. Nobody saw me. But before I got to the gate, one mind was telling me to meet the security guards there and hand over the wallet to them to look for the rightful owner and return to the person while another was telling me to keep it, that it was a way of God answering my prayer that day, considering my condition. Imagine leaving house that morning in a very hopeless situation but prayed for a miracle and suddenly I came across a wallet with money inside. It was that tempting to resist keeping the wallet. So I took the wallet out of the place and when I opened it outside the gate, exactly N13400 was in the wallet (eleven 1000 naira notes, four 500 naira notes, one 200 naira note, one 100 naira note and two 50 naira notes). I was happy and like a dream.

I got home without tampering with anything in the wallet. But since I got home that day, it's been 2 days now and my conscience has been so against me, pushing me to return the wallet and I am ready to return it. The conscience is telling me "this is not you, dont do it. Return what does not belong to you". Till now, nobody else knows about this except myself.

Though not 100% sure but I believe the wallet belongs to one of the applicants that came for the interview. I put myself in the shoe of the owner of the wallet, how painful would it be to me especially if that was all I had? What if the money does not even belong to the person?

So if I should return the wallet now, to who? There is a passport in the wallet but no contact details. If I return it to the security, they may keep it for themselves, but I'm very much willing to return it even though the cost of going back to the place may be a challenge, but I'm willing to return it intact.

Or may be someone later looked for his wallet in the place that day. The organization would have such details, that will be very fine. At least the real owner can be identified from there.

What do you think I should do and to who should I return the wallet to?

See pictures of the wallet before.
Na part of the interview and there might be hidden CCTV camera somewhere there.
For your information God will not give you money by making you to pick someone wallet rather he can bless you by sending someone to come and assist you.

You should have use this opportunity to showcase your honesty by returning it back to the interviewers and tell them while going out you saw it at the staircase and you know it might belong to one of the staff or applicant.
