The muslim billionairre in Dangote should make sure more of Northerners access the highest office in the land. I think Dangote is now a power broker. Buhari is here to stay! rvp20182: |
Yet again this year they are having a budgetary crisis.Their projections are strongly tied to price of oil per barrel. This dependacy on oil is detremental to Nigeria's economy! It's about guess work, low oil prices should be good for Kenya as we will lower our oil import bill hence easing inflation in our economy! rvp20182: |
I can see the internal debt increasing with banks lending more to the Govt and decrease in the external debt. Treasury bonds in the local market are oversubscribed whenever they are issued . While banks lending more to the government will have negative effects on credit access to our SME's and Kenyans in general. Sacco's and mobile based lenders have been the biggest winners of this shift.Remember, we have the second largest if not the largest SACCO movement in Africa and we are the world's juggernauts when it comes to Mobile Money! The decrease in the trade deficit due to increase in export values and the 6.2% projected growth of the GDP should lower our debt to GDP ratio easing pressure on the Treasury. The only thing that will lower us this year according to analysts would be the increasing political temperatures on stuff like referendum and the 2022 succession politics but so far so good ! You have been a pain in the yansh for the Nigerians in here ![]() Just30: |
Paste it here, paste the part which says Nigeria has the most funding. I'm having a problem accessing it. Ibrahimanis: |
I admit that was a slip up but no one takes Dodoma seriously. You can have it as of now, it was a mistake obaaderemi: |
It's the fifth largest, not the third largest. Kenyanstar: |
Which country got the most funding? Leave alone the number of deals Ibrahimanis: |
The honest truth! Forest cover in rich economies is increasing whilst in poor economies it's the opposite. Something needs to be done! The article is worth a read! https://www.economist.com/the-economist-explains/2017/12/12/why-forests-are-spreading-in-the-rich-world Just30: |
bantudra has a generator leasing firm. He makes a lot of Naira from it. It's a sad story that the Naira is so worthless! tylann: |
But but but but Tanzania is more connected! We are about to build another 90 MW of Solar power projects in two areas of Rift Valley just a few weeks after unveiling Garissa's 55 MW of clean solar energy! I wish we were a bush. Our target is to make the forest cover in Kenya to cover 10% of our land.We are on a nationwide campaign on tree planting striving to make Kenya green! bantudra: |
A forest is better. Forests are important, Nigeria is a cesspool! Just30: |
I've proven my case with a map,why don't you do the same with a link or anything. Don't just say for the sake of it. Arid and Semi-Arid Areas (ASALs) constitutes about 80 per cent of the land mass in Kenya and hosts about 70 per cent of the country’s livestock. They also host about 90 per cent of Wildlife that attracts tourism into Kenya. ASALs are also home to about 10 million Kenyans. https://informationcradle.com/kenya/deserts-arid-and-semi-arid-areas-in-kenya/ Kazikazi: |
But it's the population map of our country. Notice that the more denser areas appear to be more connected. Far flung areas with low population might not get the same exposure when a satellite imagery is taken. Someone knowledgeable might actually get my point. bantudra: |
Let us be objective in our thoughts. Big Cities with large population will mostly reveal lit up areas. The Kenyan situation isn't bad. I don't know why Kazikazi is blowing things out of proportion. We have better connectivity than most countries in Sub Saharan Africa, that's a fact! bantudra:

The guy is such a joke! We never knew of it. I'm glad the building might either be thoroughly redisigned or demolished so as to pave way for a new one. About time we have a brand new state of the art conference facility. This is him explaining the donkey's dong part! bantudra:

Architecture and dicks go hand in hand too. This one was a bit overboard and Kenyans felt cheated but it's worth the read. We will never see KICC the same again! https://hapakenya.com/2018/10/08/kicc-main-tower-design-was-apparently-inspired-by-a-donkey-penis/ bantudra: |
The second picture is everything! Iamleefact: |
Our architecture is better! The buildings are beautifully designed! Iamleefact: |
This figure will soon rise to 90% . And then claim that we are liars but yet he's the one giving us the figure ![]() tylann: |
The biggest dot in Kenya swallows the one in Tz. The second biggest dot in Kenya is just a bit smaller than TZ's capital City of Dar Es Salam. Just check ! Kazikazi: |
They do and it's a fact. We have the ASALS region in Kenya. People forget that Kenya boarders other predominantly hot and dry countries like Somalia,South Sudan and hot and dry areas like North Western Uganda and the harsh dry Oromo inhabited Southern Ethiopia! We are in IGAD for a reason! Kazikazi: |
The green areas are the typically hot and dry areas of Kenya. The population density in this areas per square kilometre is way low.Look at the yellow areas, that's where most Kenyans are. How can someone expect the Nyika areas to be more lit up. This beats logic ! Iamleefact:
|
Correct! rvp20182: |
Check the lit up areas on the map, then again check where most Kenyans live.Do you see a correlation? On my first year at the varsity,I did 'Geography of development as one of my units' Demography and development are two inseperable terms to human geographers. The lit up areas in the satellite map confirm to this statement. My argument is closed! Where people are clustered together you'll find some sort of development as opposed in areas where the population density is way lower. You could have first studied Kenya's demography before showing us your idiocy! Kazikazi:

Thanks for the guess but you are wrong! obaaderemi: |
