He's right dude, I work in a brewery (utilities section) and our foolish former boss that have soft spot for women hired lots of women to the detriment of the guys. What it meant was that in a shift with a woman, the guys suffer more cos women naturally can't do most of the jobs. Now one is heavily pregnant and is as good as nothing now.
