3:00 PM: USD ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI (expected)53.3 (previous)52.9
My most valuable advice: short eur/usd

7:00 PM: USD FOMC Meeting Minutes
My advice, wait till 7:00 and check the 5M chat of eur/usd to observe the effect of the news on the market, then follow the trend. You could also check USD/JPY and do some comparison.

BSc. Transcript, Physics with Electronics
BSc. letter of attestation and confirmation (My certificate was not ready and it was stated on my letter of acceptance that it is needed prior to registration at the graduate school. Note: it is not a conditional acceptance letter)

Senior Waec certificate
Junior Waec certificate
Primary school leaving Certificate (oversabi things lolz)

Call up letter
NYSC ID card
Posting letter
CV
I didn’t submit my NYSC certificate.
Proof of Business/assests;
My sponsor was my dad (he owns his own business, I wouldn’t say he had CAC documents cos the one he had was very old from the 1990’s, and he never really used or updated it... so I would say his business was not registered, but I tried to proof his business as much as I can )
Sponsor is a property owner/developer
An excel of all the tenants occupying his properties
Property valuation booklets and certificates (this stood as proof of property and business for my sponsor)
Survey plans
Land receipts
Land deeds
Proof of income;
Bank statements
Receipts issued to Tenants and Buyers as far back as 2007
Tenancy agreements as far back as 2009
A detailed sponsorship letter explaining his monthly income
Sponsorship declaration (gave me a lot of concern because I felt it wasn’t detailed enough)

Parents Canada, UK, US, south Africa Visa pages
Parents Passport data pages

Note:
I did not notarize any document
I did not pay my tuition fee
I have never travelled out of the country
I did not do an affidavit of support.
Above all I prayed for God’s Mercy, Favour and Grace. Cos its not by my power nor by my might but by the Mercies of God! At some point I was already looking at the refusal reasons the VO would drop but God Showed up! Glory to Jesus!!

Modification: I forgot to mention my honorable SOP!!! It was very detailed!

You are highly welcome to this thread brothers. We urge you to adhere to the call for truce and ceasefire declared yesterday. Please forebear and hold your demons.

The summary of what ensued is quoted below:
jornie:
Thank God for this calm.....wheeww!!!As at morning and afternoon it was soo bloody..e-worriors running helter skelter, nairalanders hiding behind screens of all sorts for cover.Hmmm,it was a terrible day indeed.I only thank God for our ever brave and gallant brother Omenka ...He escaped shooting point-blank, about twelve(12) shots i think, evaded bombs and RPGs...At a point i thought it was going to be the beginning of another civil war on Nairaland.Thank God, it rather turns out to be the morula of the end of every so called Tribal bigotry/warfare on here.Today exists to prove for the first time in record history, that Nairaland can have people(Igbo and yellowbar) coexist and forebear despite tribal differences, for the sake of peace. Today marks the beginning of a new era,"The Dawn" and I pray that after "the Dawn" peace shall continue to fester and we shall gradually see our dear brothers drop their arms and weapons of tribal warfare till we see "The Day".This means we all therefore, have a moral responsibility to ensure that the dawn thrives,Till we see "The Day". Everyone on-here is morally obliged to condemn every act of tribal lashing/strife otherwise he is also guilty because it is said "not to speak is to speak and not to Act is to Act".
God Bless you brothers!! And together we say, One Nairaland! One Nigeria! One people!

Kind regards.

My friend, those were patriotic nigerians from all parts of the country and all works of life... It's rather unfortunate, how you decide to make a joke of labours of people (like u and I)who should be considered the heroes of our today's democracy.People who fought and died for a worthwhile course for Nigeria, not their pockets, not their tribe, not even their family. They laboured for people they didn't know but people who would someday answer to the same name they answered to . ...u digg .apparently, you lack the intellectual capacity to decipher. Like it or not, tbt, our history is as important as our future,to guide us, to lead us and help direct our path .
