Unknown gunmen have reportedly shot dead one PDP supporter in Nembe area of Bayelsa. Our reporter learnt that the PDP supporter, whose name could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this story, was shot inside the party’s protocol van he was driving alongside other party members. Four other persons inside the vehicle also sustained several bullet wounds.

Commuters in the capital city of Abuja have expressed displeasure over the ban on tricycles as they were forced to trek long distances to get to their destinations or wait for hours to catch a cab. The Federal Capital Territory Administration has placed a ban on operations of the tricycle taxis, popularly called keke, in the city centre, saying they are only allowed to operate in estates and the satellite towns.

A joint security operation, led by the Directorate of Road Traffic Services (DRTS) of the FCTA, yesterday chased away the tricycle operators from all their parks in the city centre, while they also sensitized them to understand the policy. However, commuters who rely on the keke to move around the city with ease told our reporters that the ban was too sudden, alleging that they were not given prior notice and were not provided alternative means of transportation. “The ban has really affected my movement.

I have been standing here for over 20 minutes now and have not seen a taxi that will convey me to my destination, Even when there are cars, they are limited, and expensive compared to fares charged by keke operators” Mr. Richard Jegede, said. Another commuter, Mr Lancelot Onyeka said: “Despite the fact that tricycle drivers cause havoc on roads, instant ban isn’t the solution, at least there should have been prior notice. “My office is not far from here and keke would have been the easiest and cheapest means for me to get there but since it has been banned, I have to stand here for over 15 minutes waiting for taxi that will convey me.

Even when the taxi fare is double the amount they are still limited and can’t get to everywhere,” he said. “I went to school late today because there was no tricycle to convey me and no taxi was willing to go to my destination, I had to trek to some point before I finally saw taxi,” Esther Moshima, a student of GSS Mabushi said. A tricycle rider at Jabi Park, Mr.Sada Ali, said “ I came here this morning with my tricycle only to be chased away. Over 30 cars of VIO and police officers came and chased us away without any explanation.

“Since morning I have been loading passengers to one vehicle or the other but have just made 200 naira. Before the ban I was making more. The ban has rendered us jobless because we have needs and family to cater for,” he added. He appealed to the government and relevant bodies to look into the matter and at least provide alternative means of transportation for commuters. The Public Relation Officer of the DRTS, Emetu N.

Kalu, said the ban on operations of both tricycles and motorcycles within the city was the decision of the FCT Minister Muhammad Musa Bello during a meeting with members of the taskforce team that comprised VIO, police, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC). He said DRTS has the mandate to enforce the ban because the tricycle operators have become a menace to other road users in the city.

He said despite that the tricycle operators were earlier given particular to areas to operate, they have flouted the directive and have gone ahead to operate on highways where they even overtake articulated vehicles. According to him, the tricycle and commercial motorcycle operators were ordered to operate only in estates and satellite towns of the area councils.

“Now you can imagine the lives of commuters being toyed with along the highways. As you will see them overtaking trailers and other vehicles recklessly,” adding that the DRTS has the responsibility of safeguarding the lives of Abuja residents. “And if you check you will see high capacity buses which are among the palliatives provided by the FCTA so that Abuja residents will not suffer,” he added.

Waste of money, they will still go back to the street

A mother of four children identified as Hassana Saleh has been rescued from a room where she was holed-up in Rigasa, Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna metropolis. Hassana was locked-up by her elder brother, Lawal Saleh, in the room where she has been urinating, defecating and eating for two years.

Our correspondent gathered that the police had to use a big metal to break one of the padlocks used to lock the room. Founder of a Kaduna based Non-Governmental Organization, Arrida Relief Foundation, Hajiya Rabi Salisu Ibrahim, who rescued Hassana, said the elder brother claimed to have locked her up because she was adamant about going back to her husband’s house.

According to her, “The family believes that her husband no longer loves her and had divorced her, which they said led her into depression. “They decided to take the decision of locking her up in the room because they felt they had no other option.” She said the victim will be taken to the hospital for proper check-up and called on well-meaning Nigerians to come to her aid. However, speaking to newsmen at the police headquarters yesterday, the victim’s elder brother, Lawal said, “I was helpless and did not know what to do because Hassana kept running away.”

Giving his account, he said, “I was away and when I came back, I was told that Hassana’s husband had divorced her and that she had run away. “She was later found and brought back to my house, where I reside with my four wives and 41 children in Rigasa. “I did my best to get her medication, but she kept trying to run back to her former husband. She was later married to another man, but she opted out of the marriage because she wanted to go back to the father of her children.”

He said he decided to lock her up in the room because he could no longer foot the bills for her medication, “even food to eat became a problem for me and my household.” On the claim that he locked his sister for two years, he said, “she was locked up for seven months, not two years.” Commenting on the condition of the room she was living in, he said two of her sisters used to bath her and clean the room once in a while.

“Everyone in the neighbourhood knows about her story and they are the ones who brought her back each time she ran away,” he said. He prayed that she receives the treatment she requires.

…summons GMD, orders refund of N382m

The Senate yesterday accused officials of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, the Nigerian Pipeline and Storage Company and those of the firm securing pipelines of conniving with vandals to sabotage the nation. This followed that consideration of the report of the Senate ad hoc committee set up to investigate explosions that destroyed the NNPC pipelines in Lagos and Rivers States.

The Senate invited the NNPC Group Managing Director, Mele Kyari, to explain the spate of pipeline vandalism in the country. Senate President Ahmad Lawan urged investigation into the allegation that two days to the explosion in Rivers State, some officials were aware of the Komkom pipeline leakage but refused to take action. Lawan said the officials should be arrested and prosecuted.

The Senate also directed the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation to refund to the treasury, the “outrageous” sum of N382,203,055.74 the corporation claimed to have spent on fire-fighting operation in Komkom.

The House of Representative Committee on Reformatory Institutions on Friday called for declaration of State of Emergency on the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS) to enable it achieve its aim. While addressing newsmen in Abuja, the Chairman of the Committee, Rep. Lazarus Ogbee (PDP-Ebonyi) said that there was need to address the incessant jail breaks in the country. “What is even more astonishing is the simplicity and the brazenness with which jailbreaks occur, mostly engineered by armed men,” he said. The lawmaker said that the most recent jailbreak in Kogi was caused by flooding at the correctional facility in Koton-Karfe.

He said that the Koton Karfe jailbreak resulted in over 200 inmates escaping from the facility, though a number of them were rearrested and posted to other custodial centres in the state. Ogbee said that the nature of the recent jailbreak was the first of its kind in Nigeria and that it was embarrassing to say the least. “The Committee on Reformatory Institutions with oversight jurisdiction over the NCS is deeply concerned with these occurrences particularly in view of the current state of security in the nation.

“We, therefore, resolved that a State of Emergency be declared on the subsector to enable in-depth restructuring as outlined in the National Correctional Act, 2019 pursuant to UN standard minimum rules for the treatment of prisoners and international Human Rights standards governing the treatment of prisoners,” he said. The chairman said that the issue of appropriate funding for the NCS, particularly, with its new status cannot be overemphasised. He said that the capital budget which captured structural elements of the service and its formations must be increased to effectively accommodate its peculiarities. According to Ogbee, the NCS as a crucial part of the country’s security apparatus requires deep reforms.

The lawmaker noted that since security was fundamental responsibility of government, no amount was too much for it. He said that it was factual that over 70 per cent of inmates were on awaiting trial list, a situation he described as appalling, unacceptable and required immediate redress from concerned authority. Ogbee said that the Nigerian Justice System must be overhauled for optimal performance of the NCS and its formations. The legislator said security was core objective of the 9th National Assembly and so the committee was poised to engage all legislative instruments and tools to achieve its mandate.

The chairman said that the mandate centered on Reformation, Rehabilitation and Reintegration. “We cannot be engaged in rhetoric and play politics with jailbreak issues, because the impact if not immediately resolved has the capacity to escalate current insecurity in the country. “I will like to use this opportunity to request all stakeholders within and outside the country to collaborate on this matter to ensure correctional facilities across Nigeria are functional and operated in line with global best practices. The Senate Committee on Trade and Investment yesterday invited the Minister of Trade and Investment, Niyi Adebayo and the Acting Managing Director of the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority, Terhembe Nongo, over N15bn voted for a private company in the ministry’s budget. The chairman of the committee, Rose Oko, said the summons were issued following the report of the committee that the minister and the permanent secretary of the ministry failed to defend the allocation during a budget defence.

Oko said the committee was asked to make available from the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation, the shareholding structure, but that the document presented did not reveal the identity of the shareholders.

She told the Senate Committee on Appropriation that his committee had requested the NEPZA to give full details of what happened and that its response was that the money was allocated in 2017 when the company was not in existence. She alleged that “The company was registered in 2018; meanwhile, the money was already allocated in 2017 which is domiciled in CBN. More so, N15bn was released two days ago to the same company.”

Nnamdi Kanu, Leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), on Thursday, told the Federal High Court, Abuja, that he was ready to face trial if his safety would be guaranteed by the court. Kanu told the presiding judge, Justice Binta Nyako, through his counsel, Ifeanyi Ejiofor.
Ejiofor told the court that the application to restore the IPOB leader’s bail so that he could face his trial was filed on April 1. “We have an application for bail filed on April 1, 2019, the application was served on the prosecution and it is ripped for hearing. “We urge the court to restore his bail on the ground that the court will guarantee his safety when he comes back to the country to continue his trial,” he said.

On his part, counsel to the Federal Government, Labaran Shuaibu, who told the court that he was just seeing the process, opposed to the application. Shuaibu urged the court to adjourn the matter to enable them filed the necessary processes. Delivering the ruling, Justice Nyako, who adjourned the matter till Jan. 16, said the only way he could guarantee Kanu’s safety was to keep him in the prison. She said even judges no longer safe in the country.

The federal government has temporarily lifted the suspension placed on two international humanitarian organisations (NGOs) in the Northeast. The two humanitarian NGOs; Action Against Hunger and Mercy Corps, were suspended by the “Operation Lafiya Dole” Theatre Command of the Nigerian Army on September 19 and September 24, respectively, on the allegation that they were supplying food, fuel and medicine to Boko Haram insurgents.

However, during a media briefing held Wednesday in Abuja, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development (MHADMSD), Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq, said that government was concerned about counter terrorism efforts and that measures must be put in place to support it. She said: “Based on the 7-point agenda proposed by the UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator to strengthen coordination and partnership between the humanitarian community and the government of Nigeria in the North East, and taking into consideration the planned civil military coordination workshop in Maiduguri by the FMHADMSD, these issues will be addressed. “

Among others, they will be addressed through establishment of a high policy forum on humanitarian assistance in Northeast by this ministry, vetting of all humanitarian vendors, clearance of all NGOs, allocation of fuel to humanitarian actors, submission of monthly reports on humanitarian activities through the FMHADMSD, review of civil-military coordination in Maiduguri and Abuja, development and approval of a cash transfer policy for humanitarian assistance in Northeast.”

The Lagos State House of Assembly has suspended the probe of former Governor Akinwunmi Ambode in deference to a High Court ruling urging the parties to maintain status quo. Ambode had on Tuesday approached the state High Court sitting in Ikeja to challenge the legality of the probe of his administration over the purchase of 820 buses and other transactions. The House through its ad-hoc committee had summoned the former governor to appear before its committee over the purchase of 820 buses without the approval of the House.

Ambode did not honor the invitation of the House on two occasions even as the House threatened to issue a warrant of arrest against him. But on Wednesday the court ordered the Assembly to stay action on the probe pending the determination of the case which has been adjourned till November 20.

Speaking on the matter, the Ad-hoc committee chairman, Hon. Fatal Mojeed said the probe was adjourned indefinitely following a court summon to stay action. According to him, as a law-abiding institution, the House had to respect the opinion of the court. He said: “We are lawmakers we are not law breakers, which was why we had to adjourn the matter indefinitely. The people of Lagos should be expecting more from us.”

Gbolahan Yishawu representing Eti Osa 2 stressed that the House was not trying to witch-hunt either the former Governor or any member of his cabinet with the probe. He added that the lawmakers were also not being tele-guided by any individual as far as the issue was concerned. According to him, the issue dated back to 2017 when it was included in the appropriation law but was not approved by the House.

The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has approved the recapitalisation plans of 44 out of the 54 Insurance companies in Nigeria. Mr Agboola Pius, Director, Policy and Regulation, NAICOM, said this yesterday at an interactive session with shareholders to update them on the 2019 recapitalisation directive, in Lagos.

Pius said that the commission had also rejected the recapitalisation plans of six insurance companies and directed them to make amendments.

He said that the plans of two companies were also under review, while two companies had not submitted any plans at all to the commission. According to him, there are possibilities for the insurance firms to still review their capital restructuring plan and resubmit for approval, but within a reasonable time frame.

Pius said that the commission saw the need for the recapitalisation to increase the retention capacity and conservation of foreign exchange earning of the insurance companies. The director said that the commission had also given a guideline on the capital restructuring of the insurance firms, which refers to the option the firms choose to finance their assets and investment, except borrowing. He listed the options as: Initial Public Offering (IPO), right issues, capitalisation of retained earnings and other means such as private placement, merger or acquisition.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that NAICOM, in exercise of its statutory powers and regulatory functions, on May 20 reviewed the minimum paid-up share capital requirement for all classes of insurers, i.e Insurance and Reinsurance companies. The directive was with the exception of Takaful operators and Micro-insurance companies doing business in Nigeria. Following the reviewed minimum capital requirement, the existing minimum paid – up capital share of Life Insurance business was reviewed and raised from N2 billion to N8 billion. (NAN)

The Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking In Persons, Julie Okah-Donli, yesterday said three million Nigerians had been subjected to sexual and other forms of slavery within and in different parts of the world. She disclosed this during her agency’s budget defence before the House of Representatives Committee on Diaspora.

“Latest estimates indicate that between 3 million young Nigerians are held in sexual labour and other forms of slavery internally and in various parts of the world.”

President Mohammadu Buhari yesterday directed the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Industrial Training Fund to provide special funds for the training of members of the National Union of Textile Garment and Tailoring Workers of Nigeria (NUTGTWN). The president gave the directive in Abuja yesterday when he declared open, the 31st annual national education conference of the NUTGTWN.

Buhari, represented by Registrar, Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria, Prof. Josiah Ajiboye, said the CBN and ITF should provide the training required for textile members to meet up with the quality and quantity required in the production of local fabrics expected by the implementation of the Executive Order 003. A

“The existing 40,000 garment and textile workers must be trained and re-trained. I will use this opportunity to call on the CBN to collaborate with your union and the ITF to come in and encourage the union to provide funds to train and retrain the textile workforce in Nigeria,” the president said. He said the union had the capacity to transform Nigeria’s rural economy and revive the sector by creating more than 2 million jobs, assuring that “we are going to ensure that the garment industry is expanded.”

Buhari said the closure of Nigeria’s land borders and import restriction was to encourage local production and benefit local industries. NUTGTWN General Secretary Comrade Issa Aremu, said the borders’ closure had helped to overhaul the textile and garment industry in the country. He, however, stressed that the border closure should not be permanent.

A Federal High Court in Abuja yesterday ordered the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, the Police Service Commission and the Minister of Police Affairs to maintain status quo in the recruitment of new constables in the force. Justice Inyang Ekwo advised the parties to respect the rule of law and stay within the bounds of the law since the matter has been brought before the court. The order of the court followed a suit by the PSC against the recruitment exercise for 10, 000 police constables embarked by the police.

Earlier, defence counsel, Alex Izinyon, had requested that the Attorney- General of the Federation be joined in the suit. The counsel to PSC, Kanu Agabi, did not oppose the application to join the AGF in the matter. Thus, it was adopted by the judge. Also, the judge has directed parties to amend, file and serve the processes within four days.

In the suit, PSC is contending that by the provision of Section 153(1)(m), (2) and Section 215(1)(b) and Paragraph 3 Part 1 of the Third Schedule to the Nigerian Constitution 1999 as well as section 6 and 24 of the Police Service Commission Act, “the Police Service Commission is sole statutory body exclusively empowered and responsible for the appointment, promotion, dismissal and exercise of disciplinary control over persons holding or aspiring to hold officers in the Nigeria Police Force except the Inspector General of Police.” The was

A judge serving at Federal High Court in Akure, the Ondo State capital, Justice Abdul Dogo, has been abducted by unidentified gunmen at a boarder town between Ondo and Edo state. Justice Dogo was said to be travelling back to Ondo State from Abuja on Tuesday when the incident occurred.

Daily Trust learnt that he was kidnapped alongside his driver at Ibilo/Isua Akoko axis, a border area between Ondo and Edo states. A source said that the kidnappers had contacted family members and officials of the Federal High Court in Akure and Abuja to demand for a ransom of N50m. The Ondo State police command confirmed the abduction but said it did not happen in the state. In a statement, signed by the command spokesman, Mr Femi Joseph, it stated that the incident took place at Ibilo, Edo State. .

“However, we are working in tandem with our colleagues in whose jurisdiction this incident happened to ensure that His Lordship is rescued unhurt and also apprehend the perpetrators,” he said.

Yobe State Government has made clarification on the adoption of Hausa language as medium of instruction in primary schools, saying the programme is only to teach primary 1-3 pupils under the new scheme. The report of the adoption of Hausa language as medium of instruction in public schools has sparked heated reactions and controversies.

Yobe State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) said that the intensive literacy programme of the World Bank-supported Better Education Service Delivery For All (BESDA) is only for primary one to three pupils in ten local government areas participating in the project. The LGAs are Fune, Nangere, Tarmuwa, Bulsari, Machina, Jakusko, Yusufari and Geidam,Yunusari and Karasuwa.

SUBEB Director Social Mobilization in Yobe who doubles as BESDA Focal person in the state, Alhaji Sama’ila Machina explained that under the BESDA programme, northern states participating in the programme are to teach primary 1-3 in Hausa. He said, “On the other hand, states in South East are to teach their primary 1-3 in Igbo language, while states in the South West are to teach their pupils in Yoruba.This is the reason why Yobe state BESDA adopted the Northern Education Initiative Plus NEI+’s “Mu Karanta Let’s Read Model” as there are already developed materials for the implementation of the programme.”

Wife of an APC governorship aspirant in Kogi, Princess Zahrah Mustapha Audu, has said that governorship candidates for the November 16 election in the state are preparing for war and not election. Speaking on the heels of the alarm raised by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of possible violence in Kogi during the governorship poll, she decried the stockpiling of weapons ahead of the poll.

She said she would mobilise mothers of political thugs in the 21 local government area of the state to ensure a hitch free election, come November 16.

In an interview in Abuja, Zahrah disclosed her plans to lead a delegation of women to man all polling units in the state, saying there must be free and fair election in Kogi. “There are problems in Kogi State even though it is my wish and desire for the APC to continue to govern Kogi State. It is my wish for our incumbent governor who is our candidate to continue and finish his tenure but not at the cost of lives and properties of the people of Kogi State. “All the candidates who are running for the Kogi governorship election are acting more like they are preparing for war than campaigning for the poll.

If you are campaigning to govern the state, you will be going out to woo the voters, pacify them and what have you but they (candidates) are buying bulletproof cars and all sorts of arms and ammunition. “I’m calling on the national leadership of our party and President Muhammadu Buhari to intervene,” the daughter in-law of late Abubakar Audu said.

The Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has condemned the alleged killing of two persons by Air force personnel during a fracas in Sokoto State. “We condemn this unwholesome development, which is perhaps, the first of its type to occur in the state,” he stated, adding that the culprits would be fished out. The governor stated this on Tuesday while commiserating with the families of the victims.

He assured the family of the female victim, who left behind seven children, that the state government would sponsor their education and welfare until they graduate from tertiary institutions of their choice. Tambuwal was accompanied by members of the state executive council, representatives of the General Officer Commanding (GOC), the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), the Police and other security agencies in the state. He added: “We want to assure the people of the state that the state government, in close collaboration with the security operatives with whom we have a very cordial relationship, will not rest on its oars until the perpetrators of this dastardly act are brought to book on the shortest possible time.”

Meanwhile, Director of Public Relations and Information of Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola, had said the Nigerian Air Force was investigating the matter with a view to ascertaining the facts as well as establishing the degree of involvement of its personnel. “It is pertinent to reiterate that the NAF is a highly disciplined and professional force that does not tolerate or condone acts of indiscipline or violations of human rights of citizens,” he stated.

He pointed out that every NAF personnel found guilty of a misdemeanour, in the past, had always been dealt with in accordance with extant laws and the general public duly informed. “We wish to assure the general public that, in line with the NAF’s usual practice, this case will be investigated thoroughly and appropriate action is taken,” he stated.

They are unacceptable to genuine leaders of the APC in Edo State. “We use this opportunity to also condemn the attack at the residence of our National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole by thugs.’’ Airhiavbere, who contested the governorship primaries in 2016 with the incumbent Edo governor, described as sad, the current political turmoil in the state’s chapter of the APC.

“The crisis originated from the fact that the trio of Gov. Obaseki, his deputy, Mr Philip Shaibu and the Secretary to Government, Mr Osarodion Ogie were sponsored into office by Oshiomhole. “But today, the three men have vowed to dethrone Oshiomhole as the leader of the APC in Edo State. “But let me state categorically that we will not allow them to embarrass Oshiomhole. “He remains the leader of our party in Edo State just as Mr Lawrence Okah remains the authentic state secretary of the APC. “Let me warn Obaseki that he met us in this game of politics and he should know that he has no monopoly of violence. “We are only playing it cool because he has perfected plans to defect to the Action Alliance. So his intention is to destroy the APC in Edo State. “But I don’t think we will fold our arms and allow him destroy this party.

“We will meet him fire for fire, energy for energy and word for word,” Airhiavbere said, alleging that the governor’s plan was “to cow everybody in his bid to get a second term ticket.’’ But reacting to Airhiavbere’s outburst on a looming crisis in the state, the Commissioner for Information, Mr Paul Ohonbamu, described Obaseki as a humane, civilized and refined personality, who hates thuggery, lawlessness and impunity. “Because of this, there has been a shift from the old order, where people constituted themselves into informal entrepreneurs of violence, intimidating people and extorting monies from them.

“So the governor stopped them, starting with the community development associations and all others. “So, because of the innovative measures, people who are now losers both in the political market and economic space are now annoyed. “As for Obaseki, you know he does not believe in thuggery or that violence should be employed as a primary weapon of interaction.

“There is nobody who is a thug around him. He does not want it. They are not comfortable with him because he has turned the thing around. “That old system of diminutive accumulation of forcing people or of dominating people by force, he said no; that can no longer be and many of them have been dealt with on that ground.’’ Ohonbamu said that the governor’s policies were geared at liberating the Edo people from the stronghold of illiterate thugs and violence-inclined people.

The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has said that sound and qualitative education is a good weapon that can deliver a country from poverty and ignorance. Tinubu, who spoke in Ado Ekiti at the 10th anniversary and 7th convocation ceremony of the Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti(ABUAD), noted that education is the light that can lead any nation to greatness and development. At the convocation, 99 students made First Class, with four of them being students sponsored through Presidential Amnesty Programme.

Tinubu, in his speech said, “education is the light of a nation and ignorance, its darkness. Only with that light can we hope to see where we are and to discover the path we must go to realize our greatness as a nation. “To educate a generation is to secure the future. Thus, it is indeed my honour to be here with you for this university stands as a shining beacon, casting the light of education upon our nation and its people.This university serves as a vital piston in the machinery of national progress. Our young people deserve and require quality education that will unlock their utmost potentials. This will engender critical thinking and build their capacities for self and national development’’.

The Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar, the Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe and an entrepreneur and Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer, Green Energy International Limited, Prof. Anthony Adegbulugbe, were honoured with honorary Doctor of Letters(LLD) .
